Are you specifically looking for it on crypto casinos? If so, I tried looking and only found one casino that offers it(so far). It's Betfury(unfortunately), they don't have a good reputation on the forum, so I'd suggest avoiding it. But if you are looking for it on any sportsbook, then I also found H2H GG League 4x5mins on FanDuel(links below).
