Whenever I contact my bank for this they say we can't do anything about this you need to get in touch with investigating officer about this and get NOC from them and i even contacted investigating officer. He said only thing i can do is if you return the money to scammed user whose funds where stolen . I can provide you NOC when the funds are returned and can mark the case closed and settled. But if you refuse to return the money i can't do much your bank will remain frozen until full investigation is done after that your bank will return to normal if you are found  innocent.

I think it is not too far of a bet to say that you did NOT read Bitcoin Smith's guide, because I read that --yes, I am in no need to unfreeze my bank, nor an INR and those banks account holder, but I still spare some minutes that helps immensely in understanding the steps-- and there is an explicit details on how to take step after the bank said they can't do anything about this.
Sir i read that entire post and understood everything but i can't force things now because since these are gaming  funds and betting is illegal in india. I can't do much other than listening to them but will still try the section method Tommorow with my bank and hope that will work for me now.

That's fair enough because you need to provide proof of funds in the process to get the debit freeze unblocked and gambling is illegal then your account can still be locked or even terminated.

If you have a considerable amount beyond that 60K then you have no other option than to pay that 60K from your own pocket and get the account unlocked and I suggest doing it if you have any loans associated with that account or your CIBIL is gonna get ruined for sure.

If you don't have any balance or no loans attached, then just leave it as it and let the investigation continue. This doesn't make you a criminal and you are not going to jail for a debit freeze or lien.
