I think everyone have their priorities when it comes to investing in Bitcoin, or whatever investments they want to indulge themselves in, there is absolutely nothing wrong with building a house for yourself or your family, because you will definitely need a shelter or buying a house, you will need somewhere you can live with your family, do you advice someone who wants to buy a house or building a house not to build or buy a house instead they should use that money to invest in Bitcoin, you literally don’t know their plans, which is why I think investment is a personal decision and choice, I don’t see anything wrong if I can be buying Bitcoin and building a house, and accommodating different projects and investments when we have the availability of money.

I don’t think we anyone should even think of that, I know it will be a very good thing for this billionaire to invest in bitcoin for their children future, but that doesn’t mean that they shouldn’t be doing what they are doing by building houses and putting their children names on the house, did you think that they don’t benefit from the real estate business? They are benefiting from it and they see it as the best way of getting money from it, how many billionaire did you see in Nigeria that you heard he invested in bitcoin, they know that bitcoin is a long term investment that is why they are doing another thing to make a quick profit.

What i am trying to say is that most of these billionaires know what they are doing, they have many investments that they depend on, no one knows the future but we should understand that most billionaires prefer real estate business than investing in bitcoin. Bitcoin and real estate are good long-term investments that i mostly recommend. But the truth is not everyone will do both or even either of them, there are lots of businesses out there that people can leverage on based on their level of exposure and preferences. A typical billionaire in Nigeria would most likely pick real estate over bitcoin because they feel they are more secured with landed property and also a good way to store value for long term.  Bitcoin is a good investment but most people consider it too volatile and too risky, probably they prefer something that is physical and a bit more secured than Bitcoin.

You’re not wrong, it’s just all a matter of individual preference. For me, I don’t like the idea of building a house for my kids, I’d rather prefer to stack up some bitcoins for them, or maybe buy lands and some other assets for them, because if I’ve seen situations where parents built houses for their kids, and the house ended up being abandoned at the end of the day, because when those children grew up, the house either already got outdated, or not in a location they dream of living, so they either abandoned the house or sold it. But when you stack up Bitcoin for them, they’ll get to build whatever type of house they want, wherever they desire, whenever they’re ready.

To make decisions about money dey easier pas everything, if we don stop to dey take am as competition in life. I think each of them have their own place. Because you want to buy Bitcoin doesn't means you shouldn't build houses . Houses and lands are one of the top assets that are guaranteed to appreciate. This is because as time moves on they become rare and development occurs. Bitcoin is a good choice but I don't think there really should be comparison between both. The pellet house you mentioned, depending on the location and how well the house was built, the land alone may be sold for 200million in the future . So yeah they are but good in their way

What I know is that both have their place and I don’t think we need to choose one over the other one, even though bitcoin can be part of a long term investment plan but land land or house can provide or be another form of wealth and security. One thing about real estate is that location is very important, because a land that looks cheap today can become very valuable tomorrow when good roads, businesses and other infrastructural developments gets to the area. I think if you have the opportunity to buy a house, you should buy one and even if you want to buy one in your children's name, I think that's fine as well too and then if you now have the opportunity to buy a house and also invest in Bitcoin, that's even better. I mean everyone needs a house at some point in time, so if you then purchase one ahead of time for your children, like I genuinely do not see any problems with that.

The procedures required for transferring land ownership is not as stressful as presented. Despite what it will take to get things done the right way it is still not a bad decision to invest in real estate. It is undisputed that Bitcoin remains the king of modern investment, but truth be told it can't be the only portfolio one should have. There are different levels and categories of investment and it is best to spread our portfolios across them depending on our individual investment goal and plans.

I believe what matters most here is choice and interest. The both investments are good and also is risky. What then really affects the choice of the investment to be made for the child is the choice of either the father who is to make the investment for the child, or the child if the father is to seek attention of the would be millionaire, to know what his preferred choice would be. But if the father were to take the complete decision, then he will go for what he thinks is better, either real estate/house and/or Bitcoin investment.  And if all things been equal, either of them can yield good and quality profits in the future. I agree with you. If someone wants to buy a house, there is no problem. Even if someone has a house to live, I think it is logical if he wants to buy another house later. Because with time, the family members may increase, in which case it may not be possible to live in just one house. The main point here is that after a person fulfills all the necessary needs and fulfills all the expenses and responsibilities with the income that is generated, if there is extra money, then only that should be invested in Bitcoin. I do not think it is right to interfere in someone else's personal decision or try to distort it by applying pressure. How much importance a person gives to Bitcoin will depend on when that person starts investing. How much of his discretionary income will he use to DCA. And if a person has the opportunity in life to fulfill that need, then he can invest in Bitcoin or in any other sector.
