If you are required to submit a KYC before you can withdraw your funds in a casino platform, if you don't do as instructed by the casino you can't withdraw your funds until you submit a KYC, and for the funds that's being locked nothing will happen to it since the reason why it was locked in the first place was because of you not submitting a KYC, anytime you submit your KYC and is verified the funds will be unlocked and you can withdraw it.
