I don't think there is anyone who can afford you here meeting your needs with the large amount of USDT you want... why don't you use Binance P2P it can still be done you by looking for a seller who accepts RMB lolak bank, I know Binance does not accept deposits anymore from Chinese local banks, after I read P2P trading can still be done with that bank.

I'll help OP to answer this since my sincere suggestion is treated badly by OP and I smell some fishy manipulation made by him on this thread:

Binance require both currencies to be exchanged.
OP want crypto upfront.
