For the reason that the sigban appeal thread was locked after the appeal I made I decided to open this thread.

I want everyone to be sincere while commenting on this topic. Besides I promise that I'm not going to join any sig campaign until Nov 5 which is the end of my ban duration even if my sig ban is removed. Because I don't want to see stupid questions like "Can't you make posts without being paid?". So my problem isn't the money I get from a sig campaign. It is my thinking that I feel hard done-by.

Let me tell you about the process I've had so far.

Last week Jinetics1111, arallmuus and I got sig bans. Later I wrote on the sig ban thread that I didn't understand the reason of this ban.

It's sad to find out that I got a signature ban today. I feel myself lucky as it's a short-term ban. Can the quality posters of the forum tell me where I've made a mistake by analyzing my last posts? Because I don't think that I'm at fault and this is even worse.

Because I'll get another ban if I continue making posts in the same way. Can you help me with this situation?  Huh

I'm leaving the decision to you on whether the post above can be accepted as an appeal.

After I got an answer like I got the minimum ban due to being a good poster I didn't want to mess up with this bullshit any longer.

After I saw arallmuus' appeal and the support behind him I followed his case. nutildah accepted that he made a faulty decision on arallmuus' case and removed his sig ban. I also requested my sig ban to be investigated by 3rd parties after this decision. But he denied my request and locked the appeal thread.  Tongue

Here I want you to examine my posts for real and write your honest thoughts on if I deserve this sig ban or not.

The appeal for arallmuus has been completed and I reversed the sigban.

Thanks to Rikafip for volunteering his time. What I learned was that there are other measures of post value that I was failing to take into account, and that was my mistake. I will be more careful and take this possibility into consideration before issuing any future sigbans.

nutildah accepted that he made a mistake after removing arallmuus' ban. Then how are we going to know that he didn't make a mistake while giving me the ban also? Do you think requesting the opinion of unbiased 3rd parties is wrong about this topic? I don't want any privilege for me. I just want to be treated fairly.

Nutildah mentioned the reason why he closed the thread. Unnamed members requested the topic to be locked and he asked everyone to open their separate topics if they want to appeal.
The reasons for your sigban are applicable for many people posting in gambling section and most if not all members posting solely in that section. Good luck.

You are appealing for an unban, but you haven't shared any of your recent quality posts or anything else through which it can be understood whether you are actually suitable for a signature unban. Your posts are not as high quality as arallmuus's.

Many people have been saying the reason most of you were sigbanned, but when you are not reading what they are saying, you will not know the reason but continue to do the thing that can let your account be banned.

They call this a bitcoin forum but many people do not contribute than to be posting on gambling board. How is it convenient for you to only be posting just on gambling and local board?

I know this can lead to argument but I know some people will not listen until they are also sigbanned.

Sorry OP for responding to that post because I feel that the discussion will take a turn right now. Are you serious? Is that against the rules? Are you aware of how many people posting in a section or two here, in the past and now? I am surprised from the courage you have to speak nonsense just to increase your posts count by a silly post..
I refrain from posting further in this topic because it concerns OP in the first place.

I said it will lead to argument and it is where this is going. I have gone through your profile and posts and I noticed that you also have sigban, but the only difference is that you are worse than ILuckyGuyI. It is better you people should appeal that you will change and let people noticed that you have changed with the way you are posting. If you continue like this after your sigban expire, you will likely be sigbanned again.

This appeal thread is expected of you to state a reason why you think you should not be banned or for a reconsideration of your ban; maybe you could have a chance of getting unbanned.

I already responded to what you are considering to be your appeal:

It's sad to find out that I got a signature ban today. I feel myself lucky as it's a short-term ban. Can the quality posters of the forum tell me where I've made a mistake by analyzing my last posts? Because I don't think that I'm at fault and this is even worse.

I realize you're not addressing me directly, but I want you to know that I think you're a good writer, which is why I gave you the minimum ban. The problem is you seem to be focused on producing content that not many people read or acknowledge, and the subjects you address have been covered many, many times. Each week, for months at a time, you seem to just be going through the motions in order to get paid.

My advice is to put more thought into each post in an attempt to say something novel or interesting, or something that promotes a conversation and hasn't been previously discussed hundreds of times.

You have one of the most mechanically repetitive posting schedules I've seen. Its like you're clocking in at a job you don't really want to be at, and your posts read the same way. The appeal is denied.

@ILuckyGuyI reading this comment reminded me of something...

You have one of the most mechanically repetitive posting schedules I've seen. Its like you're clocking in at a job you don't really want to be at, and your posts read the same way. The appeal is denied.

Some time ago, I had a job where I had to prepare dozens of reports every day. They were always the same reports, just with updated data. Whenever I wrote a report, I would send an email with it to my supervisors. I did this a dozen times a day.

I had my work so well organized that, without realizing it, I was curiously sending out the email for each report, practically always at the same time every day.

Look, I wasn't watching the time; I was simply creating the report (sometimes taking a short pause before sending it), then sending the report and starting a new one.
Until one day, I looked at the times of the sent emails and realized that report #1 was sent around 8:45 am; #2 at 10:30 am; #3 at 11:15 am, etc., this every day, I myself was shocked by the rigor, something I had never sought to do.

What do I mean by this story? Sometimes, we do things so mechanically that we don't even realize what we're doing.
Therefore, observe your activity and try to see if you have unconsciously developed a routine that may be diminishing your enthusiasm for participating in the forum.

This response alone proves that your sigban was entirely justified.

First, if you want to appeal, create your own topic; don't use other people's.
Secondly, you posted before reading the previous posts (if you even read anything in this thread).
Third, you appear to be using an alternate account, but that's a topic for another discussion outside of this thread.

didnt read any of OPs posts or timestamps (and dont intend to) but to add what joker said, when i worked my posting habit mostly consisted of getting up, post several, go to work for 10 hrs, when home catch up and post a few again, then once more again before bed. for years that was my schedule.

of course posting wasnt my job (ive never posted for money or anything else), but my real job dictated my forum activity. as i never read or posted here from work, just home.

If the ban is issued because of this sentence in particular (other reasons weight less let's say) than I think the ban is not deserved in the first place.
I ask kindly to not introduce new rules in the forum then judge people based on it. Personally I visit the forum on specific times because of my tight schedules. It varies from a day to another but finding a pattern is obvious for many users here. Not getting enough merit, posting in one, two or three sections only, local boards or altcoins or something similar should not be in any case a reason to ban any member.
I really want to see @theymos intervention over here so I can shut my mouth for good.
With respect.

Thanks for the compliment. I wasn't planning to reply but since the above post motivated me so I will respond to you. I have no intention to appeal because the reasons of the sigban aren't solid. If you have a problem with the quality of my posts, with my tight schedule, with not having enough merit for a reason or another then you can ask signature managers to simply not accept me. Not allowing a member to use his avatar, signature and personal text should be restricted to the banned users only in my opinion.

First of all, thank you for your kind approach.  Smiley  I said that I got an unfair ban on the first day already and I wrote this on the thread nutildah locked.

As I'm working at a busy job my free time is really too low. I login to this forum with the aim of getting away from daily life problems. Just so you know, my biggest fun is to read the messages written to me on the Telegram bot. Honestly even though how much I'm mad at nutildah it's a fun experience for me.  Tongue

As my free time is really low I'm able to login to the forum at the same times. But I think this shouldn't be a criterion on deciding on a sig ban. The important thing is the contents of the posts and my request isn't like nutildah to remove my ban today right now.

arallmuus' ban was allowed to be investigated by a 3rd party because he was a more popular member than me. I also only want a 3rd party to do the same for my ban. Even if my ban is removed after this investigation I've already stated on OP that I won't try to join a sig campaign until the end of my current ban duration which is Nov 5.

I liked how joker__josue, vapo_rminer (learned this mention but don't mention thingy from arallmu_s — it's not rocket science but still needed to observe to learn) gave their two sats about mechanical posting, makes complete sense, hopefully it betters the perspective how mechanical posting is viewed.

I think this happens to everyone. We all have routines. I myself have schedules that are more consistent than others.

So, when I talked about routine, I wasn't specifically referring to always posting at the same times. It was more in the sense of how routine can lead to what we do becoming more mechanical than natural.

As I said before, I didn't do in-depth research on its content. Besides not having all the details of what led to Sigban, I'm just giving some tips, based on my cursory observation.
