I still couldn't get the answer to this question although it's been a week since I started the thread.

nutildah accepted that he made a mistake after arallmuus' case was investigated by unbiased 3rd parties. But why don't unbiased 3rd parties investigate my case also? In which situations do these unbiased 3rd parties investigate sig bans?  Huh

That applies to cases where an appeal has been granted. The appeal was not granted in your case.

First of all, thank you for your kind approach.  Smiley  I said that I got an unfair ban on the first day already and I wrote this on the thread nutildah locked.

As I'm working at a busy job my free time is really too low. I login to this forum with the aim of getting away from daily life problems. Just so you know, my biggest fun is to read the messages written to me on the Telegram bot. Honestly even though how much I'm mad at nutildah it's a fun experience for me.  Tongue

As my free time is really low I'm able to login to the forum at the same times. But I think this shouldn't be a criterion on deciding on a sig ban. The important thing is the contents of the posts and my request isn't like nutildah to remove my ban today right now.

arallmuus' ban was allowed to be investigated by a 3rd party because he was a more popular member than me. I also only want a 3rd party to do the same for my ban. Even if my ban is removed after this investigation I've already stated on OP that I won't try to join a sig campaign until the end of my current ban duration which is Nov 5.

There are many shitty posters in the gambling section of the forum but you are not one. We haven’t had that many direct conversations but I’ve seen you around the gambling sub for a long time.

You pay to join multiple pools which helps activity in the gambling section, these pools and the advertisement and custom they bring to the companies sponsoring them is probably one of the main reasons signature campaigns even still exist here. Most signature campaigns are casinos or sportsbooks so banning active gamblers from carrying sigs probably isn’t the best action.

I feel for you bro and as I said, there are a lot of shit posters in the gambling sub but you’re not one of them. I hope nutildah and whoever else is part of a supposed 3rd party decision panel allow you to have an appeal so your unjust sig ban can be reversed.

Cheers.

If paying to join pools is supposed to provide legitimacy to some user almost by default, do you know what is going to happen next? Account farmers that have accounts enrolled in signature campaigns are going to consider that as an additional cost to keep their accounts safe. All that this would do is provide an escape hatch towards the very same abusers that these measures are supposed to tackle.

Putting the paid pools aside, the posts of this user are extremely low-effort and short posts which often take less 1 minute to write. They most often come in a repeated low-effort pattern, which shows a dishonesty in their participation. A user that is genuinely participating is going to have a varied pattern. Those are not signs of a contributor, they are signs of a shitposter. Their sent merit history confirms it as well.

Users of all ranks need to stop defending users just because they are joining pools or doing some other specific activity. Do not create exclusions for shitposters simply because you like something that they are doing -- that is extremely biased. This user is a shitposter.

Account farmers are generally dirt poor, from third world countries. They are not going to pay 0.001BTC which is currently nearly $80 multiple times to join competitive pools.

ILuckyGuyI isn’t a shit poster and if I was a campaign manager I’d be far more likely to have him work with me than somebody like yourself with multiple red trust. Perhaps Rainbet and other sportsbooks/casinos should exclude accounts with negative trust from DT being in their campaigns.

As long as one is in signature campaign, then it's of no bother to join $80 pools. Sure, they wouldn't pay same amount from their pockets.

If you run an account farm of many accounts, this amount is considered a cost of doing business. Therefore, don't create exclusions for members because you like them or because you like what they are doing. Whether someone is from the first world, or third world, or joining some kind of pools should not matter at all for establishing whether someone is a shitposter -- which this user is.

Showing your bias when receiving reasonable criticism to avoid creating loopholes for useless shitposters like ILuckyGuyI is a brilliant display of your character. Rules for others, but not for those whom we like -- classic "established" member behavior here.  Cheesy

As long as one is in signature campaign, then it's of no bother to join $80 pools. Sure, they wouldn't pay same amount from their pockets.
It is called cost of doing business. To believe that account farmers and shitposters don't spend money to enhance their operation is gullible at best, completely retarded and stupid at worst -- but hey, western libtards tend to behave that way.

Satofan44 is just wearing signature, he's not in campaign.
That's right, free advertisement by one of the best posters that this forum has seen in a while -- and one that isn't corrupt compared to many established members here. Quite a fantastic deal for them?  Wink

When someone proclaims themselves the best despite the fact that 90% of the users of this forum think otherwise, it says enough about the kind of person you are. You're causing more harm than good to that campaign, but considering how many spammers participate in sig campaigns, if someone wants to do it for free, I'm not at all surprised that you were accepted.

Before you write another ultra-high-quality post, I also write for free for my campaign in a way - every week I write at least 50% more posts or even close to 100% than necessary. I won't say there's anything fantastic about it, for me it's completely normal.

Where exactly did I proclaim to be the best? I have said one of the best, which is factually correct. Find me the "better posters" aside from @d5000 that are not spreading half-assed misinformation wrapped up in sucking up to gullible established members who think they know how Bitcoin works.  Roll Eyes It would be better to spend more time reading next time before jumping to conclusions. I try to write as correctly as possible unlike most of you. Users, regardless of their rank and seniority, need to stop being fucking toddlers and learn to put bias aside. The truth is what matters, and you should look for the truth regardless of whether you like the person who wrote it otherwise you are at a great risk of creating a self-jerking echo chamber. As you see once again, I was right about ILuckyGuyI. He is a cheating shitposting scumbag, and he used the participation into the pools as a form of legitimizing his accounts.

Right now, they're tied as for DT red tags but I bet ILuckyGuyI will get a few more. Check out this thread:

Surprise, surprise. Once again, I was proven right. When will western liberal brain rot idiots learn? Perhaps once the EU completely collapses? What a fun sight that will be.  Smiley

@nutildah. As soon as you introduce into your consideration who likes who, and who does what, signature bans stop being about post quality and start turning into a popularity contest. You have already incorrectly overturned a ban because of such reasons for a shitposter that had sufficient vouches from very established members. Be careful not to repeat the same mistake, otherwise your risk repeating the same mistakes that have completely destroyed the merit system which is no longer about merit at all -- it is 95% about popularity.

You have one of the most mechanically repetitive posting schedules I've seen. Its like you're clocking in at a job you don't really want to be at, and your posts read the same way. The appeal is denied.

didnt read any of OPs posts or timestamps (and dont intend to) but to add what joker said, when i worked my posting habit mostly consisted of getting up, post several, go to work for 10 hrs, when home catch up and post a few again, then once more again before bed. for years that was my schedule.

of course posting wasnt my job (ive never posted for money or anything else), but my real job dictated my forum activity. as i never read or posted here from work, just home.

This is not the issue , the issue is posting just in gambling, apparently not reading replies and being an active thoughtful contributor, and simply being here to make $ from a campaign , on THE infamous btc forum is not a net positive for the forum ( a theymos requirement for consideration for appeal to be approved).

Also someone has to create a post on your behalf to be considered, and they have to show that you ARE a net positive. Which you are not. You’re wasting your time it’s not going to happen. Sadly I know about this process very very well and can easily call if someone has a chance or not.. ya don’t . (Note I have been inactive for some time so if anything has changed rule wise , someone plz let me know, but I doubt it )

Cheaters and scammers from dirt poor countries are taking out loans for hundreds of dollars from multiple accounts. Depending on how long they’ve been operating these farms, they are probably not dirt poor themselves. A 0.001 ₿ entry fee won’t do much to deter account farmers from joining competitions if that helped them gain enough credibility to avoid a signature ban.
