So some people join cult group because they feel is the easiest way out of intimidation, oppression and hunger. But if these three organs mentioned above collectively work effectively cultisms can be drastically reduced to a very great level.
Cultism is different from the other social ills that you find people getting involved by accident as some may claim. There's this wrong information that people just get forced into cultism, when I hear such things it just baffles me. Before someone tries to talk too into joining a particular cult, he's seen that you look or behave like a cultist. If you leave a life that doesn't portray such kind of lifestyle, rarely will they come close to you.

Also, as parent, there's a role you have to play to protect you kids from every considering cultism and option. When you fail at that then the blame can come back to you as one of the reason why your child made a wrong decision.  If your child is as a bad environment at certain age, he's going to learn from what's the order of the day in that environment and if cultism is what's trending there, sooner or later he risk being a part of them. If the environment you're bringing up your child has a lotjof negatives that tye child can learn from, consider a change of environment or be ready to pay extremely attention to the does and don't of that child. The parents, the child and the environment contribute greatly to how oir young ones get themselves involved in cultism related issues.

I have witnessed and seen cult clashes from a tender age  I have seen uncles, brothers and friends go down all because of cultism. As one who lived amongst them and studied them, I believe it has to do with oneself. You're to decide for yourself how to manage and live your life. There's no good benefit in it but rather living your life in fear and also being a slave to those above you in the hierarchy. The same thing applies to living with people who smoke and do a whole lot of hard drugs. You cam stay with such people and never for once engage in such activities. I believe the decision is up oneself, no blame should be on the parents, government nor environments. Even children from the best and religious families go on to be part of cult groups.

Allowing such to repeat itself almost every session is the fault of the school and how they handle security, but those cult boys their own action they are fully responsible for that.

Peer pressure is something that have been neglected by so many people, I wouldn’t blame any parents if their children were to ends up joining a bad gang, some parents have brought their Children in a very good way that would  make you feel like this Children are just something else, most especially the Gen Z that we have this days have been something absolutely disgusting with their attitude, how does it sound that you sent your child to school instead of schooling and graduating with a good degree, it’s mostly important for them to join cult groups, there are people who are in that school that didn’t have to join any forms of cultism, they’re reading their books and learning new things, however nobody is to blame you’re responsible for whatever discussion that you’re taking by yourself.

Nobody should blame the government cause they do not ask or support anyone to be a member of any cult group it is the decision of the person and the person who influenced him to become a member of a particular cult. Different schools have this same story of cult clashes during the exams and during one important thing in the school but the government has not done well by not looking for the best says to stop such things from happening and the school securities should be blamed also because if they decide to identify and dismiss any student found practicing cultism we will have zero violence in the school premesis.

in my own opinion, the three listed above are to be blamed. The government has major rules to play when it has to do with life and properties of citizens. Because when something becomes obvious and has to do with riots, the government has every right to get those victims involved causing riots arrested and give them severe punishment to serve as an example for whoever has intentions of joining them.

my reason behind blaming parents is that,  nowadays parents becomes negligent for checking their children activities. It's parents duties to discipline some of their children friends or call them to order. But the only thing some parents are after is money,  they just wants to see their children with money without questions about their source of income.

As for societies they influence childrens into bad things by celebrating their wealth without calling the attention of parents. Some of these childrens are even orphan, instead of advising them society chooses to celebrate them forgetting that it will affect their own children as well sooner or later.

Cultism isn’t something that parents, government or society can solve alone. Parents need a good supervision and discipline to train their children, government need to also do their part by providing jobs, security, and adequate youth programs, while society on the other hand need to stop tolerating peer pressure and bad behavior.

Many youth today go into cultism because they’re looking for protection from oppression, poverty and intimidation. If the government, society and parents work together it will reduce cultism quickly and make our communities more safer.

I agreed with you to some extent but, some young adults who join a cult are persuaded and the pressure might be of a enough reason to join a cult especially if they their lives are threatened. And about the security, you can't really be certain that they are doing their jobs properly when some of them might be among the cult group and that is to say that, even if you take a complaint to them there may be little they can do to discourage them. So yes, every adult is responsible for their decision but some things that happen can be said to be the government's fault.

Its the duty of all including: governments, parents and society at large to guide children from getting involved in such activities,  relying on governments or parents alone to offer lasting solutions to that will create more harm that good to all because each of the institutions has there jobs to do and must not allow it untouched.
Just as mentioned above,  its the duty of parents to guide and train their children to follow the right or good path of life, while that of the government is to work not only in the creation of job opportunities but also in creating a conducive environment that the little gotten from that job will be enough to put food on the table of citizens. And the society most not leave the duty for both parents and government because its the society that will feel the impact if those children are good or bad.

Parents are not to blame for cultism, because they can only guide their children in the way they should go. Come on, those who practice cultism are not underage, they are olde enough to distinguish between what is bad and what is good.

The Government is not to blamed either, I know some us here have this mentality that some people practice cultism because the government failed to provide jobs for the youth, but that is a fat lie.

The Environment is not even the course of cultism, you can live in an environment full of Cultists  and still not be a cultist, same way you can live in an environment full of drunkards, and still not be a drunkard, you can live among prostitutes and still not be a prostitute or live among smokers and still not be a smoker.

Therefore, cultism is a choice and not the fault of parents, government or environment.

Why would you need to blame people lured into cult either. They aren't doing that because they understand what they do. They are being manipulated.

An average person could be pretty easily manipulated when it's coming by group of peers they trust and rejected by the people they blame. There are a LOT of material and studies about cults and psychology related to that, it's so well studied that anyone skilled enough could probably build one themselves with some planning. Personally i am not malicious or psychopath enough to do that.

After someone is brainwashed, they are being isolated to an echo bubble where the leader controls the leader controls the information and everything else is fake news. This is why it's really hard for me to blame trumpists either, because they are just useful idiots being lied to.

I agree, cultism is a personal choice and not the fault of your parent or the government.
Some children are trained very well, but as soon as they go to the university, they change and start following bad people and doing bad things, you cannot blame their parent or the government for deciding to choose evil instead of good.
The only thing the government or your parents can do for you is to guide you on the right part to follow teach you the right thing that should be done. It is now lift for you to follow those teaching or not.
In a family, some children behave and act very well but some don’t and the reason is because everyone has their choice to make and life to live at some point in their life.
