What a funny list of restricted jurisdiction, anyways welcome to Bitcointalk platform. I had to check the list of restricted nations and I found a very long list to my amazement, I found some casino friendly nations including my country that I am very sure of is a gambling friendly nation. Maybe you should review your list again because you might end up losing out if you continue with such a long list. Lastly, if you check out other announcement threads, you will definitely notice the difference. If you can follow sup steps, it could help build your presence here in a professional manner.
Even though they have a massive restricted countries list (61 country, that's a lot), lots of AML/KYC policies and stuff, which somewhat suggests they present themselves as a heavily compliance focused gambling operator, I don't see a valid i-gaming license from their part. There is no mention of it anywhere on their site. And, I believe they don't have one (yet).
@RoJoker, so do you have a gambling license? If not, then do you have any plans to acquire one (license)? Yup, I was right! After going through their policies for a couple of minutes, I have found this. https://talkimg.com/images/2026/08/13/U4ECwT.pngYes, you're correct — RoJoker currently does not hold a gambling license, and we don't claim otherwise. Our current status is simply unlicensed. We try to be transparent about that rather than present the platform as licensed when it is not. As the project grows and becomes more established, acquiring an appropriate gambling license is something we may consider in the future. For now, the focus is on building the platform, improving the product, and operating within the restrictions and policies we currently have in place.

Welcome to this forum RoJoker.com this casino website, but I have seen from this platform that it is quite low quality and has not emerged well among customers. Because this RoJoker.com gambling casino site should have been presented to customers by using a copper member account. And to reach a more advanced level, they can take the help of this forum and the help of the managers in the forum. The strategies that can be used to move towards improvement should definitely be used.

Am actually surprised to be honest here since I expected a bad site after such a bad ANN presentation which many posters pointed out already. The site itself looks really good though KYC based on certain conditions and no licensing at all don't help.
Ask yourself this op : Why the heck would anyone play here instead of sticking to popular sites like Stake etc where these games are readily available? Do your research.
That's a fair question. RoJoker isn't meant to remain just another crypto casino offering the same games as everyone else. One of the directions I'm planning for the platform is to combine crypto gambling with in-game item economies from certain games, so users could eventually interact with the casino using both crypto and supported game items. The current version is only the foundation, so I agree that right now there isn't enough differentiation from established casinos like Stake. The goal is to build that differentiation over time rather than simply trying to compete with them by offering the exact same product. So this is why I saw the box to link a Roblox account on the RoJoker profile. I do not know much about Roblox, but it is interesting to see a game and gambling put together in one platform. I am curious why Roblox was picked over other games. Is it because it is popular right now, or is there another reason? Also, about the casino name does "Ro" stand for Roblox? I also just read the KYC rules, and they do not look too strict. Verification is not needed at the start, and the limits depend on the case not blocking everything at once. Since trading items through Roblox probably involves value too, I am curious how the KYC review really works in practice. Does it always follow what is written, or can it get stricter depending on the team decision?

Since trading items through Roblox probably involves value too, I am curious how the KYC review really works in practice. Does it always follow what is written, or can it get stricter depending on the team decision? Roblox was picked mainly because RoJoker originally grew out of the idea of combining gambling-style games with virtual item economies, and Roblox has a very active item/trading ecosystem. It also gives us room to build something different from a standard crypto-only casino. And yes, the “Ro” in RoJoker was originally inspired by Roblox. As for KYC, what is written in the policy is how we intend the system to work in practice. Verification is not automatically required just for registering or using the platform normally. It can become required depending on factors such as risk, suspicious activity, larger-value activity, security concerns or legal/compliance requirements. So it can become stricter for a specific account when there is a justified reason, but it is not meant to be an arbitrary decision where the team suddenly changes the rules for someone without cause. The Roblox/item side is also something we plan to expand gradually rather than pretending every part of it is already finished.

Thanks for pointing that out. The restricted jurisdictions list is intentionally conservative at the moment. Since RoJoker is still new, I preferred to block countries where the legal, compliance or payment situation was not clear enough rather than allow them by default. That said, I agree the current list is probably broader than it needs to be, and I plan to review it country by country and remove restrictions where it makes sense. I also agree about the ANN thread. The original presentation was rushed and did not represent the platform properly. I am already improving it based on the feedback here.

The improved ann now shows that you're looking for reviews in certain areas. Are you willing to have a review campaign where users test the product for a reward? That's one of the ways newer casinos gets users to try out their service in the face of the competition with other established casinos they are already playing at.
I somewhat like the way the kyc terms are defined but I'll want it to be even more relaxed as you're operating without a licence. You'll have to find a way to manage player abuse without imposing document verification, your players are also managing the risk of playing without you having a licence.
If you're interested, I can help with organizing a review campaign or also a signature campaign. You can reach out here or on telegram (@Upgrade00).

Hello, We provided you with a test balance so you could try our games, and we clearly explained beforehand that these credits were non-withdrawable. Despite this, you repeatedly asked for withdrawable funds and requested free credits before making any deposit. You also stated that you were a “big player” rather than a new player, but we had already informed you that there was no active promotion or bonus available at the time. Afterward, you began causing disruption in our Discord server and continued asking for gifts or additional free balance. We are happy to let users test the platform, but test credits and promotional funds are provided under specific conditions, and those conditions must be respected.

Thanks for the feedback and for the offer. Regarding KYC, one important point is that RoJoker does not directly handle or review users’ identity documents. The verification process is handled through Didit, our third-party identity verification provider. We only receive the verification result/status and the minimum information required to apply the appropriate account restrictions or approvals; we do not manually inspect users’ submitted documents ourselves. Our intention is still to keep KYC risk-based rather than require verification from every user by default. As for a paid review campaign, we are not planning to run one at the moment. We would rather continue improving the platform organically first. We are, however, planning a more complete public launch in the near future, and we expect to introduce launch bonuses and promotional rewards around that time so new users have a reason to try the platform. I appreciate the offer to help with a review or signature campaign, and I’ll keep your contact details in mind for a later stage.

Just so you know, you can reply to multiple user in a single post if you wanted. I'm telling you this because making multiple posts in a row is against the rule here ( rule 32). However in your case, it's not a serious violation considering you just joined the forum and naturally wouldn't know any of this this, but you better abide by it from now on. You should learn the basic bbcode structure / posting technique, and how to efficiently use it. If you still don't understand, simply ask, and someone will/might show you some pointers on properly using it. And thank you for clarification on the licensing part.

This has already been done. For example, look at Duelbits who offer pvp games where counterstrike skins etc can be used for gambling on their site. It never fully took off which is why this was an okay idea if you ask me. Don't think any of them did the same with Roblox. You could be the first in this regard, but Roblox is on a downfall recently which doesn't help at all. Anyway, you need to offer something really tempting even if you successfully execute your ideas op.

I wasn’t aware of rule 32, so I appreciate the heads-up. I’ll make sure to combine replies into a single post from now on and will take a look at the BBCode/posting guide as well. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. RoJoker isn't meant to remain just another crypto casino offering the same games as everyone else.

Anyway, you need to offer something really tempting even if you successfully execute your ideas op. I haven't personally seen a platform that combines a broad range of Roblox in-game items with crypto in the way we're planning to, so I do think that's one area where we can differentiate ourselves from existing sites. In the future, I'm also planning to add a P2P marketplace where users can buy and sell in-game items using their site balance, so the platform wouldn't be limited to gambling alone. I have quite a few other ideas as well, but trying to build everything at once would put too much pressure on me both financially and in terms of development time. I'd rather expand the platform gradually, validate each feature, and keep improving it step by step.
