FYI: According to Trezor website:
On 10 August, ShipMonk — one of our shipping providers — informed us that an unauthorized party had accessed their systems containing customer order data. The exposed information included full names, email addresses, phone numbers and shipping addresses. The investigation is ongoing.
Every affected customer was contacted directly by email. If you did not receive an email from
help@trezor.io, you were not affected.
Trezor's own systems were not compromised. Your Trezor device, your private keys and your wallet backup are all unaffected, and your funds are safe. There's nothing you need to change on your device.
The main risk is phishing. Scammers can use the leaked details to send convincing emails, letters or phone calls impersonating Trezor, your bank, or a crypto exchange. Never enter your wallet backup (the 12, 20 or 24 words from your setup) on a website or share it with anyone — Trezor will never ask you for it.
Treat any message that pushes you to act urgently or asks for personal information as suspicious, and check anything you're unsure about against our official channels.
