[WARNING / REQUEST FOR HELP] NEAR Intents 1Click — approximately 5 BTC stuck for 3+ days, support does not provide answers and Telegram posting restricted Project/service: NEAR Intents / 1Click Swap
Amount currently inaccessible: Approximately 5 BTC
Payment method: Bitcoin
What happened:I made three separate BTC swaps through NEAR Intents 1Click to the same destination wallet.
1. 2 BTC — successfully completed:https://1click.chaindefuser.com/v0/status?depositAddress=bc1qylrmm04t439vnqcmfu9ry9hgpq7d7nn7zl9q0m2. 3 BTC — successfully completed:https://1click.chaindefuser.com/v0/status?depositAddress=bc1q9n3ah2arnqwsnk5xjxaslagkzv64sccz99aet43. Approximately 5 BTC — still stuck in PROCESSING:https://1click.chaindefuser.com/v0/status?depositAddress=bc1qh24lnnls8fpp90vttch8zwdkeetvvkdfnt3rryThe third order entered PROCESSING on August 10, 2026. The BTC deposit was received and finalized, but no intent was created, no destination transaction was made, and no refund transaction has been issued.
The public status data shows an empty intentHashes field and no swap, withdrawal, or refund transaction. The execution deadline expired, but the order has remained unresolved for more than three days.
Communication with support:I opened an official support ticket and provided all the relevant information.
Support initially told me that the transaction was still processing and that I should wait. After I explained that the deadline had passed and requested a refund, I received the following response:
I’ve notified team about your case given the significant amount involved. Let’s wait for their response first, and I’ll update you as soon as I hear back.
Since then, multiple support representatives and Telegram administrators have told me only that the relevant or technical team has been notified and is reviewing the case.
However, after more than three days, I have still not received:
- an explanation of why the order remains stuck;
- the current status of my refund request;
- a substantive response from the responsible team;
- a specific timeframe for the next update;
- an estimated date and time for the refund.
I am requesting that the entire BTC amount received in connection with this order be returned to the refundTo address publicly specified in the 1Click status data:

Public Telegram discussion:My public request and the subsequent responses from NEAR Intents administrators can be viewed in the official Telegram group here:
https://t.me/near_intents/11/20201Aman asked me to provide my support email privately so that he could track the case. After checking it, he stated that the case was with the technical team and that they were reviewing it.
Zubair later stated that he had pinged the relevant team but could not provide further information because he was L1 support.
One of my detailed public messages was deleted because, according to Zubair, it contained information about a high-value transaction and an internal ticket number that might attract impersonators.
I then published a sanitized version without wallet addresses, transaction links, my email address, or the internal ticket number. In that message, I only asked the team to provide a specific timeframe for a substantive response and the refund.
After this, the administrators restricted my account from sending any further messages in the group. Telegram now displays the following notice in my client:
The group administrators have restricted you from sending messages.
This restriction is a Telegram account permission and is not itself a public message, so it has no separate public permalink.
I understand that administrators have the technical ability to moderate their group. However, I am now unable to participate in the public discussion or request further updates there, while the responsible technical team still has not contacted me with a substantive response.
Public evidence:- The three public 1Click status links are provided above.
- The public Telegram discussion beginning with my original request and containing the administrators’ replies: https://t.me/near_intents/11/20201
- The written responses from support are quoted above.
- The refundTo address is publicly visible in the 1Click status data.
I can provide additional transaction records, the support ticket number, and the complete correspondence privately to a verified NEAR Intents representative or a trusted Bitcointalk member if required.
What I am asking from the community:1. Has anyone experienced a similar NEAR Intents / 1Click transaction remaining in PROCESSING for several days?
2. If so, how long did it take to receive a refund or a substantive response from the responsible team?
3. Does anyone know a verified NEAR Intents representative who can review or escalate this case?
4. If you are a member of the official NEAR Intents Telegram group, please raise this unresolved case there, ask the team to provide an official response, and share a link to this Bitcointalk thread so that the discussion remains public.
5. If anyone has experienced a similar delay, please post the relevant dates, status links, support responses, and final outcome in this thread.
Any official NEAR Intents representative is welcome to respond here. I will update this thread immediately if the team provides an explanation, gives a specific timeframe, initiates the refund, or resolves the case.
