There is several platforms or people whom I went to for offering my campaign management service; most of the time they ask for a resume i.e. CV(I'm not talking about portfolio) in some cases, on the platform, when you want to submit your service there, it is required.
But here we all know that most of the members maintain privacy and work anonymously, so what do you actually do about these issues? Simply skip? Or do you convince them in some other way? Or do you hire a third-party representative to manage this aspect?

There is a reason campaign managers have a thread for their managerial service. That should be your resume or curriculum vitae. You will be the one that will convince them and show them that and see how people on the forum have supported you and how active the thread is.

I have never encountered a client that asked for a CV or resumé. Most often, your portfolio (wether that's on a spreadsheet or service thread here on Bitcointalk) should suffice. If by any chance a client asks for it then why not just give them one? If you value your privacy more than anything and don't want to share your personal info, then the obvious answer would be to reject their request and find a way to still convince them to hire you. If all else fails, you can always refer them to another manager and move on.

It may be better if you approach older campaign managers privately (through pm) if you have questions relating to campaign management. However, you are a direct competitor, so you should understand if you get no response or one that is vague and doesn't really help you.
In this case, you have to seek more information from the client, it is not possible they are asking for your CV in real life, as it has nothing to do with signature campaign management. It is possible these clients do not understand how signature campaigns work in the forum, so the onus falls on you to explain things in the simplest way to them.

you are probably speaking to the wrong person, you need to hunt down the contact of the owner or their top marketing guy that can say yes or no to whatever you are proposing to them. if you talk to anyone else, you will just be wasting your time. Or do you hire a third-party representative to manage this aspect?
if you do that you will be playing a game of telephone between you, the middleman, and the company. and what if he steals your client? or the campaign funds, or... or..., too much could go wrong, i won't recommend it.

I am not a campagin manager, but I was once working with a casino to promote them in my local area (inside and outside this forum) I worked a few weeks and then they said that to continue the work they would need my documents. I then turned off the job, as it wasn't going to pay me enough for such invasion of my privacy and I also have other sources of income. But, sometimes if the money is actually good and you see a future in that relationship with the customer, exposing your identity might make sense. Depending on your financial situation as well. As i am not a manager and most of my income doesnt come from this activity, I wouldnt expose my ID to promote a service...

If you can simply skip it, just do it. The work environment and its ways to promote stuff here is way more different than traditional marketing strategies. If they just want your past work experience, showing your portfolio thread with verification that its really yours is enough. If they include to ask privacy questions, its for you to decide to answer them since it could be personal.

They might assume you are applying for a permanent marketing role, or perhaps they are simply prioritizing corporate transparency. I would take the contract value into account.
As far as I know, a CV doesn't necessarily have to be a personal profile; it can also be a company profile if you are offering services as a team. You could propose this option to the client instead, they might be open to it.

It also depends on the nature of their project. Is it something outside the crypto space. if it is crypto related, privacy is not easily down-played here.
Another question is; did you actually apply to be a campaign manager or to be part of the project's marketing team. They are just two different positions and roles. The former would not necessarily need you to submit documents while the later will.

Some online companies require this; they even ask for your LinkedIn profile with real pictures and the companies you worked for in the past. If it's a big company like Binance, you need to provide your resume to show whether your skills back up your proposals. But here we all know that most of the members maintain privacy and work anonymously, so what do you actually do about these issues? Simply skip? Or do you convince them in some other way? Or do you hire a third-party representative to manage this aspect? If it's a big company and that's what they require, then you can go for it; they don't want a contract or a non-disclosure agreement to a fictitious or pseudonym

I have slowed down my work for a few months since the reputation issue with my account. However, I recently relaunched my website, and I always direct potential clients to it and the service thread. I don't remember if any of my clients has asked for the CV before. But they ask for the portfolio, and existing clients sometimes ask for the invoices.
You are not going to be their employee who may work under the brands. Still, if they ask for a CV, consider creating a custom CV without your real information; use your forum information instead, since you are offering them your service, which is on the forum.

I really can’t recall if someone offered me to work and asked for the personal CV on the forum. All the companies just ask about my portfolio even outside of the forum. Out of the forum, sometimes asked, but I refused. I don’t like to provide my personal details that are unnecessary for the crypto marketing. It’s true I had tried to convince them, but if not, then reject them. On the forum I haven’t encountered such situations even when I got my first campaign. If I were asked, then probably I would have to reject them unless convinced.

That's the normal way of doing things, at least outside this forum. I won't be surprised if a CV is the first thing they're asking you to submit. That must include your experience or portfolio. From their end, it must be hard to deal with somebody without a face or a name.
I'm not a manager, but it may be worth explaining to them how it works here. To you, it's surprising that they're asking for a résumé, but to them, it's equally surprising that one is applying without it. So, I guess they only need a little introduction how marketing on this forum works.
You're the one looking for clients. Convincing a prospect must be part of the job.

But, sometimes if the money is actually good and you see a future in that relationship with the customer, exposing your identity might make sense. Depending on your financial situation as well.
personally speaking, it would be under one condition, only if the other party would expose their identity as well... maybe i won't go as far as to ask them to show me their ID, but full name and a video chat would be a must. if we are gonna do the "who you are" thing, and make it an official employment relationship, it's got to be a two way street.

I have had many video chats back in the ICO days, I think legitimate companies would have no issues having a conversation with a person via zoom or webcam. @OP just type something up and submit it. You can look for a template or example on the web and copy the format. You're looking for work and want them to trust you with their money. This isn't 2012 anymore.

@ Crypto Library, i think it would be interesting to know what you ended up doing, that is if you have actually gotten back to your potential clients. Did you share with them the information they were looking for, or did you simply skip.
In addition to my earlier post, i don't think it may be possble to maintain complete anonymity with clients if you want to become a campaign manager. I believe many managers share certain information with their clients, such as country of residence, name, a little detail about themselves, excluding extra-sensitive info, and of course calls through video communication platform.
