I might sound harsh but this is the ground reality. Affiliate programs and percentage based revenue sharing are secondary things. First you need honest gamblers to try your casino. Once they are satisfied and find the casino interesting, only then will they share their links and invite other users.

From my personal observations, I have noticed that other newly launched crypto casinos are growing well but why isn’t Durak? I think the reason is that many gamblers including me, feel that Durak doesn’t have enough money to fund winnings or invest in promotions. What if we win big and you can’t process the withdrawal?

The reason I am saying this is that you don’t have a Copper Membership (which new casinos purchase to show that they are genuinely interested in the forum and want serious gamblers to visit their casino and ofc allow them to post images), nor are you willing to spend on marketing such as signature and review campaigns. People notice when a casino is spending significantly on marketing. It gives them confidence that the casino has a good bankroll and that their winnings will be processed without any issues.

I would suggest working on these things first. Once people see your advertisements and gain confidence in the casino, they will automatically start joining. And if they find your affiliate program interesting then they will share it themselves.

I don't think you're gonna have much luck trying to find partnerships on the gambling discussion board. I know it's a gambling game but you are looking for investors, you might try to post in investor based games or the services section to see if anyone shows interest.

To address the bankroll concern directly: the platform does have funds set aside to cover payouts, and that's plenty for our current user base. On top of that, stakes are capped at 100 USDT max — we're not running high-roller tables where a single big win could stress the bankroll.

Also, worth pointing out — once users deposit and start playing, the platform itself is largely self-funding on the payout side, since the pool of funds in play comes from the users themselves. So I'm honestly not sure I fully see where the specific risk is, beyond general "new platform, unproven" caution, which is fair.

On marketing spend — you're right that we're not putting big money into it. We're a young platform, and honestly I'm not convinced that heavy marketing spend right now would move the needle much before the core experience and trust are solid. That said, we do plan to invest more into that side of things down the line, once the platform is more established.

One thing I'd point to for anyone still on the fence: the minimum stake is just 1 USDT. That was intentional — so people can try it out with almost nothing at risk and see for themselves that deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals all work as expected, before trusting us with anything bigger. We also specifically went with TON and BSC networks to keep fees minimal, so even testing with a small amount doesn't get eaten up by gas costs.

The How It Works page walks through the rules in detail, and there's also a free demo mode with built-in hints specifically for new players, so anyone can try it out and learn risk-free before playing for real. Between those two, I think that should be more than enough for someone who's never played before.

Would genuinely love to get this in front of an audience that already knows and loves the game — that's honestly where I think it has the most natural pull.

Yeah adding poker to your casino will have positive impact for sure but before that do you have any statistics on current revenue with the Durak game. Because, when you are looking for a partner, you must project your revenues to attract them. I assume that you are able to expand your casino which might have been possible from the profits that you have generated out of Durak game. Like, people were already suggesting, moving this topic into services board may get you relevant leads.

I was looking for starting a casino few years back but suddenly I was promoted in my current job and got more responsibilities to take care of, then I dropped my business idea completely.
