I will very much like to know what 'basic writing skills' in this context means and what the supposed improvements entails because there is very little to go on with what was written there.
Skimming over your recent posts (and not looking into it deeper) one thing that instantly sticks out (besides the annoying pyramid quoting) is your lack of full stop use which falls under "basic writing skills" and makes your post harder to read and understand. Maybe that's why you got that comment.
The post below is a good example of that.
Most people already know what they need to know to start buying bitcoin even before they decide to start buying, you will find that most who fall for bitcoin related scams were scammed because they were greedy enough to buy into promises of short term gains even when common sense will tell you that if such short term success was possible with bitcoin everyone would already be investing in bitcoin, just figure out what to buy with which is your discretionary income, once that has been settled you can start buying bitcoin, all the knowledge you think is necessary to start can be learnt while you invest.
If I were you, I would start working on proper punctuation and text formatting in general.
