Hello
I'm not sure if I'm sending this post in right place or not
I own a business where we provide cash-out services to our users. Currently, I'm looking for someone who can accept my USD in PayPal (I will send in friends and family) and give USDT(Bep20) in return
We are not talking about just one or two transactions, but it's a long-term partnership. The money is clean and usually comes from freelancing platforms like preply and upwork.
My priority is to work with highly trusted and well-known people.
For start, we are talking about 2-3K USD per week in 10-12 transactions but this can change.

PayPal (I will send in friends and family)
This can go wrong both ways: you're not "friends" and you're not "family". This feature is meant for people you trust, which isn't the case here.

For anyone even thinking about doing this: this is how you end up in prison for Money Muling! Don't fall for this!

Hey @LoyceV. Thanks for reading the topic.
Regarding friends and family, we know that if you choose 'good & services', you should pay an extra fee for it, however, I have no problem if people pay this amount.

As I said in the post, the money is clean, it comes from freelancers and known companies like Preply, Fiverr, Upwork, etc... You may not have enough information about PayPal transactions. But you are totally safe if you know where the money comes from.
It seems like a win-win plan for people who want to exchange paypal/usdt.
However, I respect your opinion.

Anyone who believes such a claim from an anonymous stranger on the internet is at very least naive.

Anyone taking your offer can't verify this.

Tell me this: why don't you send your clean 100-150K USD per year from Paypal to your bank account? I can think of several reasons not to do this, and not a single one of those reasons involves something legal.

PayPal will track all transactions and if they find any money comes to your account from nowhere, they will immediately call you, and since they know the source of the money is from known platforms, there will be no problem.

Yes but Paypal can.

Becuse I need to have a huge amount of crypto and paypal usd in each month/week in the same time. I have the paypal usd but I don't have the crypto usdt. Also I can't do it myself in exchangse because of high amount of fee I ahve to pay for transactions and for exchanging money.
It's about supply and demand if someone demand paypal money and got a huge amonut of crypto will take the offer. I don't own this amount at all.

Yes but Paypal can.
They can, and they will. But by then, anyone who sent stolen funds (that could be you OP) took off with the USDT already, leaving the victim to deal with the fallout.

That's a lie. Fees from Paypal > bank account > exchange > crypto are not high.

I'll stop posting here. OP's "reasons" why this is should be safe are exactly what someone who wants to exchange money from stolen Paypal accounts would say. Anyone who takes this offer has been warned.

The thing is, I go first. That's why I said, 'My priority is to work with highly trusted and well-known people.'
So I can't run away with USDT, but other people can run with USD.
However, I should check the flow of the deal and maybe we can even add escrow to be safe.

That's a lie. Fees from Paypal > bank account > exchange > crypto are not high.
These fees are still high for us. Our business will take only a 5-10 percent fee. That's why we prefer p2p.

Waiting to hear your questions you may ask.

stolen Paypal accounts

You better be sure before false accusation.
Then all people who trade PayPal USD to BTC are using stolen PayPal accounts

Again thanks, @LoyceV for questions. Maybe I had to make it clear and answer some of your questions in my first post. But still you made two false accusation already which is not good.

1:
anyone who sent stolen funds (that could be you OP)
2:
stolen Paypal accounts

One small suggestion:
We are not in real life. But still, the person you are talking to is a real human and maybe much older than you. It doesn't matter if you are a high-ranked member here. You should not judge people and make false accusations when you don't have enough info and are not sure about it.

you forgot to include the exchange rate you are looking for? anyone remotely interested in this is not going to do it for free.

For start, we are talking about 2-3K USD per week in 10-12 transactions but this can change.
is the money going to be sent from one paypal account under your name, or multiple random ones?

The thing is, I go first. That's why I said, 'My priority is to work with highly trusted and well-known people.'
So I can't run away with USDT, but other people can run with USD.
you see, there is a tiny problem with your "priority". the party that's sending paypal funds is the one that needs to be highly trusted and well-known, neither applies to you.

However, I should check the flow of the deal and maybe we can even add escrow to be safe.
no escrow on the forum will touch a paypal deal for obvious reasons.

But still you made two false accusation already which is not good.
he didn't make any false accusations, he simply stated what could happen, and he's not wrong.

Hello @Zwei
Thanks for the questions which can help make this thread more clear.

you forgot to include the exchange rate you are looking for? anyone remotely interested in this is not going to do it for free.
My goal is to give 1-2 percent fee for me but I'm open for offers

is the money going to be sent from one paypal account under your name, or multiple random ones?
I can do both. Doesn't realy matter for me.

you see, there is a tiny problem with your "priority". the party that's sending paypal funds is the one that needs to be highly trusted and well-known, neither applies to you.
I understand but since we are not talking about small amount of money I need to be sure. Obviously anyone would try to deal with trusted people to be safe.

no escrow on the forum will touch a paypal deal for obvious reasons.
I have no problem with having or not having escrow since I can find the trusted guy for the deal

he didn't make any false accusations, he simply stated what could happen, and he's not wrong.
Have no words.
