I assume that with those words you meant that your casino has a license issued by the State of Delaware. Since I'm very ignorant about US licensing, I searched on Google for: "how to get a cryptocurrency casino license in the State of Delaware?" and found this website:

The article explains how rigorous the licensing process is, requiring numerous documents, and suggests that an online casino owner would likely risk obtaining a Delaware state license if everything in the article is true. Therefore, if you do indeed have a Delaware state license, I'd like to ask why you chose a Delaware state license instead of the Curacao license that most casinos possess? Your casino doesn't mention anything about KYC, nor does it mention minimum deposit or withdrawal amounts. At least, I didn't find that in the terms of service. It also doesn't mention anything about self-exclusion of accounts.

Since they are a no KYC platform as they have claimed, there is possibility that they would likely not go for another or any license but time will tell if truly they mean what they have said because it now looks like this no KYC is just a new format to get the traffic and after which, they begin to demand for KYC or they secretly change their ToS based on the fact that they already captured it to change policy at their sole discretion. Let us watch and see how it goes if they will keep to their words.

The original text generated by AI. But what kind of prompt you used to generate this content with exact details? But how it come that it was sent to lawyers without checking details. What does it mean "mistake in out TOS". It means nobody checked the terms until a user in a public forum noticed about a mistake that the casino has a license issued by the State of Delaware in USA. This can't be just an unintentional mistake.
