On August 15, 2026, my friend and I placed bets from our separate Rainbet accounts on the Genclerbirligi vs. Fenerbahce match. We both bet on Fenerbahçe to win. I placed a $1,300 bet, and my friend also placed a $1,300 bet. We both support the same team and trusted our team, so we decided to place the same bet. After the bet was settled, our balances increased to around $3,100 each. We played some slots afterward and then submitted withdrawal requests. My friend received his withdrawal, but mine still had not arrived after several hours. Because of this, I contacted live support. They asked me to complete all verification procedures. I submitted everything they requested, including my personal information, ID documents, selfie, bank statements/payment records, etc. All of my verification levels were successfully completed and approved. About five minutes later, I was suddenly logged out of my account. Live support told me, “Multiple account usage has been detected, and your account has been permanently closed.” They then ended the support conversation without even giving me a proper opportunity to explain the situation. I emailed Rainbet regarding the approximately $3,100 remaining in my account, and I was told that the money would not be returned to me. So now I have some questions for everyone: Am I guilty simply because my friend and I placed bets together? Are we guilty because we both bet on the exact same team to win? We didn’t even bet on opposing sides of the match. We did not use any bonuses, exploit any loopholes, or take advantage of any system. We simply took a risk with our own money and placed bets. How does that justify confiscating my entire balance? And if our bets had lost, would Rainbet have refunded our money because we supposedly violated the rules? Of course not. If we lose, the money goes to the casino and there is apparently no problem — but when we win, suddenly there is a problem? I have emailed Rainbet asking them to at least return my original deposited/bet amount, but I am not receiving a response. I am requesting that Rainbet return the funds remaining in my account. At the very least, return the money I originally put at risk. Locking my entire balance and simply saying that none of it will be returned is completely unreasonable. Sorry buddy, but this is another example of why it’s risky to play at a casino that’s not properly regulated, especially with shady Terms of Service. Let me explain: You didn't break any rules (separate accounts, no shared logins, no bonuses, no loopholes, same-side bet allowed). You lose the money because Rainbet's official Terms ( https://rainbet.com/terms-and-conditions/ section 5.4) say: "You are only allowed to register one account with the Service. Accounts are subject to immediate closure if it is found that you have multiple accounts registered with us. This includes the use of representatives, relatives, associates, affiliates, related parties, connected persons, and/or third parties operating on your behalf. In such cases, all associated accounts will be closed and any remaining funds will be locked and withheld."They flag your friend's account as linked most likely because of same payment method, or you sharing a device/ip together. That's their policy — no exceptions. The $3,100 is forfeited. They have zero obligation to return the original deposit or profit because of their terms, and you cant do anything about it legally. Rainbet is is operated by RBGAMING N.V. under an offshore Anjouan (Comoros) internet gaming license (not the official Curaçao Gaming Authority / CGA license, which was fully restructured in 2024.) That’s exactly why their terms treat multiple accounts as a violation and allow them to forfeit the entire balance (including your $3,100 win) with zero obligation to return anything. The best thing you can do is spread the word everywhere online — on forums, Reddit, Twitter/X, and other social media until they notice. If you’re lucky, they might offer to repay you if you delete the posts, but it’s not guaranteed. You can also try and contact RainBet on the forum here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=3528115

I can provide them with all the evidence to prove this. There was no multi-accounting, and I can even have my friend verify his identity and submit all the necessary documents for his account as well.
However, instead of trying to resolve the issue fairly, they immediately closed my account and simply told me, “Your funds will not be returned.” I don’t believe a platform this large and global should handle a situation like this in such a dismissive way.
I will keep trying until someone notices my case and takes the time to properly review it.
Thank you very much for your support and suggestions.

They closed your account because they can. They are a casino, not "honest" people. The nature of any casino is to take your money by any legal means, and that is exactly what they did. You accepted their terms, which state that if they can link you to another account in any way whatsoever, they can close yours and keep your money. I feel for you buddy, but that’s reality. You can try contacting them as i mentioned earlier on the forum here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=3528115

I play a little on Rainbet and I have never had 1 issue. Never been asked for Kyc or anything and I have cashed out multiple thousands. Sportsbetting, slots, blackjack or whatever they have always paid. You flagged something in their system otherwise they would have paid you. Very odd that 2 of you place the same bet amount. Did the money come from the same wallet? Were you circumventing limits? Why ask for a return of the deposit only if you did nothing wrong? Sounds like you have experienced this same issue elsewhere.

Hey buddy, I’ll answer your questions right away. I’ve actually been playing on RainBet for a long time. My banned account has over $70,000 in sports betting activity, and I’ve been using RainBet for years. Today, my friend simply came over to my house and connected to my Wi-Fi. After that, we both made our own deposits. 1-) The wallets are different. My friend uses his own wallet, and I use a completely different wallet. 2-) The deposit amounts were the same because our savings happened to be similar. We work at the same workplace, and we both felt that this betting amount was suitable for us. 3-) We were not trying to bypass any betting limits. The maximum betting limit was $10,000. If my intention was to bypass the limit, why would I even need to use a second account when my bet was nowhere near the maximum limit? It simply doesn’t make sense. 4-) At the very least, I want my original deposited funds returned. If they consider betting together with my friend to be against their rules, they can return my original funds and ban my account. I would simply consider it as if the match had never been played, accept the ban, and never use their platform again. I hope I’ve explained the situation clearly enough.

This, and these is your problem. Once banned, you are not allowed to play on the service or casino. No matter what the reason is, pretty sure it's family or friend are the most common things reason for service are being explained by someone are trying to bypass any restriction.
They're not gonna buy it either for the reason (friend, family, cousin, etc). Based on my overview, it seems you're an advantage player > got restricted on the casino > somehow want to trick or bypass the system because you're restricted > somehow getting detected. 5.4. You are only allowed to register one account with the Service. Accounts are subject to immediate closure if it is found that you have multiple accounts registered with us. This includes the use of representatives, relatives, associates, affiliates, related parties, connected persons, and/or third parties operating on your behalf. In such cases, all associated accounts will be closed and any remaining funds will be locked and withheld.

The maximum bet limit on that match was already $10,000. If I were actually trying to gain an unfair advantage or bypass the betting limits, why would I place two separate $1,300 bets from two different accounts instead of simply betting $3,000 from my own account? It just doesn’t make any sense.

Dude, did my post mention any limits ? I only mentioned "bypas" and that's can be anything. You've already admitted by your self, the bypass is your blocked account. Your account got blocked; that's the bypass you are trying to do by claiming ("I play with my friend"). Have you seen my copies from term & condition, they even mentioned representatives, relatives, associates, affiliates, related parties, connected persons, and/or third parties That means reasons like friends and other are already too generic, common, and classic reason. They're not gonna believe it either, well good luck for your case.

@mrsergio01 Let's say (for the sake of argument) that everything you say is true. Your explanation is common one among many who try to cheat, so even when someone is actually telling the truth, they won't believe it because so many before you used it as an excuse. I play a little on Rainbet and I have never had 1 issue. Never been asked for Kyc or anything and I have cashed out multiple thousands. Sportsbetting, slots, blackjack or whatever they have always paid. Same here. I mainly bet on Rainbet and so far i haven't had any issues whatsoever. As a matter of fact, I don't remember having any issues on any betting platforms (maybe because I don't use any dodgy ones and don't do anything suspicious). You've already admitted by your self, the bypass is your blocked account. I don't see where OP admitted ban evading.

So did you two use the same device? And is there any connection between the wallets that you both withdrew to? You should add these detailed proofs to your OP.
And since you have been using rainbet for a few years and have bet about 70k dollar and you have not had any problem in all these years, it is clear that Rainbet did not close your account for an invalid reason.
RainBet's Terms are very clear here. In the case of multiple accounts, they have used language up to "representatives, relatives, associates, affiliates, related parties, connected persons, and/or third parties". Even after this, I do not believe that they banned you just because you are using the same internet connection. This could be a linkage signal to Rainbet, and they may have found more connections between you and then banned you. Since you have been playing here for a long time, you should have been aware of these terms.

Maybe it looks like a simple reason, and maybe it resembles the behavior of people who actually try to cheat the system, but is this really the proper solution? Locking the account and refusing to pay out the $3,100 balance? After all, this money did not come from a bonus, promotion or from exploiting a bug. It was legitimately won through sports betting. If they genuinely want to determine whether this is just an excuse or whether the two accounts actually belong to two different people, they could simply request full Level 4 KYC verification from both accounts. That would help clarify the situation. Am I wrong for thinking this way?

Hey mate, I’ll answer your questions right away. 1-) No, we both have separate MacBooks. We are not using the same device. 2-) There is no connection between the wallets we use for withdrawals. The only transactions between our wallets are occasional small transfers of around 50–100 USDT when 3-) One of us owes the other money. Other than that, there is no significant connection between the wallets. I’m just not exactly sure how to add or upload all of this evidence to the forum since I’ve only recently started using it. If you want, I can find a way to send you my evidence, mate. There genuinely is no connection between our accounts other than using the same Wi-Fi.

THREAD LOCKED — PROBLEM RESOLVED!
Its good to see that Rainbet sent you the money in the end, but you actually forgot to lock the thread (you can find the option in the bottom left corner). Also, it would be good to edit the title of the thread and mark it resolved.
