I'm not saying there are no fixed matches. There must be. But I don't think they're as open as it seems in your story. If there are, they must only be known by a select few. It's not as open as being even shared on a social media group.

Remember, it's hard-earned reputations that are at stake here. It's their sponsors' brands, the leagues, the livelihood of these elite players, and so much more that are on the line.

Of all the confirmed fixed matches that I've read, they aren't caught because of information leak. They're caught because of they way they played their games.

The person running the group usually only shares matches involving 2–3 specific players, mainly one from the Polish league and another from the Czech league. It's not like many scam groups I've seen, where they constantly share matches involving dozens of different players and claim to have “inside information” on everyone.

It seems that this could be match fixing and inside information since the owner of the group knows what the match result will be. However it could also be that the group owner has a lot of trust in those three players and has detailed knowledge about them.

But does anyone know whether there have been documented cases of match-fixing involving players in the Polish or Czech table tennis leagues?

As far as I researched overall there are many well documented match fixing cases in table tennis matches but there are no official open source documents for the Czech and Polish national leagues.

I agree with you that you shouldn't blindly trust any betting group. But I don't completely agree with the idea that you can win in gambling by luck alone. Luck is definitely a big factor in sports betting. But short/medium-term edge can also be created from market mispricing, player matchup, form, information advantage etc.

I would say it's simple... You can get genuinely useful information if you know a guy who owns a club, the president of the league, or some other high-profile person, and he shares something with you. Everything else is a 99.9% scam.

Most of them are AI-generated content, but some of them are doing well, but even they have so many misses... The winning rate tells it all, you can follow someone and do the math yourself, and you will see how good they are.

Wishful thinking. World does not work like that. Scammers are always trying to find the gullible and look for people who are having wishful thinking. They will want you to believe this so that their scam can function properly.

I'm not saying that proves the information is genuine — it obviously doesn't. It just means I don't think the “why wouldn't they bet it themselves?” argument is enough on its own to dismiss the possibility.

I played Table Tennis a lot from where I come from, from school to college days, and I can say this much, the game at pro levels requires so much agility and reflex as compared to any other indoor game, it is next to impossible to fix matches, like the ones that happen with Ma Long and Fan Zendong.

I hope you understand that 99% of all match-fixing platforms are scams, and there's no way to distinguish the scam and the genuine one because they always have team who will fake review and testimony about their service. But there's a report of about 30 suspicious events in Czech table tennis matches in 2024 and early 2025, including match fixing involving the same athlete, while a player was convicted for making a proposal that involved match fixing results in the Northern Group, 1st League men’s table tennis round 2013–2014 season.

I have always maintained my stand on how lower league competitions are easily suspected of match fixing or are prone to scams. It isn't a new thing even when table tennis is brought up mostly in Poland and Czech Republic.
It's always best to try as much to avoid falling into these scams and losing your funds mostly when you really want to believe a third party claim of a positive result.

Match fixing is a scam, and the earlier you understand this and avoid it totally, the better for you. Because I have actually been a victim to this few years ago when I started gambling and I was very greedy, simply because I wanted get rich quick through Sport prediction. Which made me to fall victim to most of these scam. Because what these guys does is come up with 2 to 5 sport games and ask people to subscribe to join a VIP group where will have access to those games. And if unfortunately you are unlucky to pay, that's how they will keep posting an edited winning screenshot, while you keep losing. So in a nutshell, it's never worth it, simply because it's always a scam.

You dont need to rely from the calls of the group from different communication platform because at the first place to become efficient in sports betting is all you need is to feed yourself a knowledge from the upcoming match, and the player who will play on the field not on the team you wanted to bet but also in the other team because sometimes they have a temporary players, injured and change of players, etc so its an edge if you are aware about the situation of the players.

Some of the keen eyes in the games has a clip of the match and analyze of the players are getting throw the game and we know in sports most of them are active supporters anyone can throw the game and considered as match fixing. Most of them punish immediately are you willing to trade your career with a small amount? i dont think so.

Match fixing can happen in many kinds of sports, but the real question is whether we can find a legit group openly selling match-fixing results. For me, the answer is no.

In the first place, match fixing is illegal, so I dont think a real group involved in it would just be waiting for public subscriptions. If they get caught, they could face serious consequences. Thats why I would consider these groups claiming to sell fixed matches as scams. Maybe at first they will give you a winning tip just to earn your trust. Then once you become more confident, you start risking bigger amounts, and thats where you may end up regretting it.

So yes, better stay away from this kind of thing and just be honest with our own betting analysis.

Anything similar to this would have the same two patterns that would ends with no profits:
- they would scam you.
...they just charge you money for some random tips.
...worst, they ask money "only if you win". In this way they provide some random results and you drop money because they are "experts"

Exactly mate, they'll keep you engaged for a very long time with less risky games that you'll likely win 80% or sometimes all, to convince you that it's legit then the next step is to tell you about some vip games that requires payment to get the codes and that's where the scam begins, once you mistakenly pay for the tips you're in and that's how they'll continue milking you till you discover that it's a scam. Most of the random result are pictures of winnings edited with AI, you’ll mostly find their ads on X then redirected to telegram where the main scam is done.
