Many of this top clubs are buoyant enough to purchase player of their own choice, and that is what is exactly happening now, those teams who don't have much fund can not go for players of their choice or contend with the big teams I'm times of bidding for players, and this is why many of this top teams remain at the top for good number of seasons.
But any way, we are going to watch how this very season will go, and the teams that will eventually lift the trophy of these big teams, and while we are all pointing at some particular team to win their league trophy, they could also face strong , and unexpected rival from their opposition which can change what many are expecting.

Your prediction is not bad op and the ones I think is most likely to happen is Paris Saint Germain and Bayern Munich because over the years it is more like their routine but Arsenal, inter Milan and Barcelona may not happen especially Arsenal and Barcelona. ‎The football season is about to kick off properly and these are my predictions for the winners of the top 5 leagues. Let's take the easier ones out of the way first.

‎BUNDESLIGA AND FRENCH LEAGUES;
‎Bayern Munich to win the German league and Paris Saint German to win the French league, this two (2) teams are likely to still win their respective leagues because they both have the best players, squad and everything it will take to win their leagues.

‎ITALIAN LEAGUE;
‎In the last five (5) to six (6) seasons, the Italian league has been very very competitive between AC Milan, Napoli and Inter Milan. This three (3) teams have been consecutively fighting each other on who to win the league for seasons now. First in first, with the current squad dept I will be removing AC Milan from this year's race on who to win the league because, I don't see Rubben Amori with inter Milan wining the league this season, there are not assurance that he can even stand the test of time but let's see how it goes.
‎My two (2) favourite are; Inter Milan and Napoli because these teams are very good and have strengthened their squad and also likely will even strengthen it more. Inter Milan have not sold any of their key players and have also made some signings to strengthen their squad. So I am predicting for inter Milan to still or might likely retain the league title again this season.

‎I am practically a Barcelona fan and am 100% backing and predicting my team to win the league again this season, but apart from that, I still believe that when it comes to stability, we are more stable than real Madrid right now because they have a new manager and players which needs to blend into the new managerial and playing system, and also the other players still also needs to learn how to work under the new manager. While on Barcelona side, we are not bordered about all those things, all those details are not our problems we already know what and how we are going to do under Hansi Flick. I feel like that stability is enough reasons for us to win the league this season again. So am 100% predicting for Barcelona to win the Laliga this season again.

‎ENGLISH LEAGUE;
‎Finally, the premier league, the most exciting among all the league's. There are so many contenders that are likely to win the league this season, but I still feel like Arsenal has the strongest chance to win the title again this season, because Arsenal to me has one of the best if not the best squad dept in the premier league which is likely to speak for Arsenal through performance in the end of the season. They have also made some very good signings and that is my reason for predicting them as the most favourite to win the league title again this season.

Your prediction are nice though majority of them was because of the teams performance last season, football at times is unpredictable teams you feel didn’t do well last season might surprise everyone this new season, am okay with Barcelona, PSG, Bayern Munich and Inter Milan predictions, my only worry is Arsenal whom most times might be inconsistent, last season they almost lost both champions league and EPL even when they gapped other teams, it was just because Man city was in a terrible form else Arsenal won’t have even won the EPL, this season EPL will be extremely competitive, most teams that under performed last season will do well this season judging from the transfers, i am even predicting that a completely neutral team different from Arsenal or Man city will win the EPL this season, it will shock everyone that Man U or Chelsea will win it.

I understand when it comes to the Bundesliga and French League, as both Bayern Munich and PSG dominate their domestic leagues, but when it comes to the Premier League and La Liga, I don't think the teams you're predicting will be that easy.

You have a point about the German league being something Bayern Munich will win, but I believe there's still a high chance for PSG to lose the French league to Lyon.
For the Spanish league, José Mourinho cant do the magic, and the current him is not like the Mourinho of years ago, so i believe Barcelona still have a high chance this season, although things may change next season.
Italian league, i expect the Napoli‎ do something unexpected this season, while Manchester City can also do something in the English league.

These are current and reigning Europe top 5 league champions and I’m not surprised to see you backing them to still win their respective leagues this coming season again. I think all the teams have what it takes to still retain their titles especially for teams like PSG and Bayern Munich where one can easily say they will win their leagues and they eventually will win. But I’m not too convinced by Inter Milan if they will be able to retain the title they are currently holding due to how competitive the serie A title has been o we the past 4-5 years. For over 3-4 seasons now we’ve seen that no previous winners have been able to retain the title. Barcelona is still a doubt for me also because I think this season Real Madrid are going to mount a serious title challenge against them considering how they’ve missed out on winning important trophy in the last 3 seasons. The premier league is one of the most difficult league to predict who the eventual winners will be because there are so many big and ambitious teams in that league who wants to win the premier league. Arsenal is undoubtedly the most informed team in the premier league right now but other teams are also preparing well for this season so the title race will be really competitive this season.

I generally trust the odds offered by the majority of bookmakers, but for two leagues in particular (LaLiga & Premier League), I have my own picks. The reason I chose Real Madrid & Manchester City is that I'm confident both teams will make amends for their mistakes from last season.

Well you never can tell what will happen with this teams just like we have seen it’s just a prediction, two leagues have been decided already unless we have a team that is desperate to win the title or a resurgence team I think the French League and Bundesliga have been decided, we are going to see Paris-Saint-German win the League one again, and Bayern is going to win the Bundesliga again, but Arsenal is my favorite to win the Premier League, Barcelona is going to win the Spanish La Liga, Real Madrid are going to put up a fight but I feel that if Barcelona sign Rodri that is the end for Real Madrid, you will see that Barcelona have started winning them in the Transfer Window because they were mostly interested in signing Rodri as well but Barcelona have high jacked the player, and Inter Milan are going to successfully defend their Scudetto Title.

Exactly, other teams might win in their league seeing that there isn't much competition on them unlike the English Premier League and La Liga, the pressure on them increases as the competition is getting more stronger but I won't say that Arsenal will win and that is because anything can happen in a game whether in Premier League or La Liga and due to that, I have come to believe that until the game is actually over, I won't say about any team being the winner for my own good and this mindset has made me to enjoy the game without any emotional reactions.
