Shuffle.com caught manipulating reviews - Trustpilot hides their rating (Red War

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to give a quick heads-up to the Bitcointalk community regarding Shuffle casino (Shuffle.com).

Their official Trustpilot page has been hit with a severe red warning label from the platform administration. The notice explicitly states: "This company's rating is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines."

For those who don't know, Trustpilot completely locks down the star rating and issues this red banner only when a company is caught red-handed buying fake 5-star reviews, forcing users to delete negative feedback, or heavily manipulating the system.

When a crypto casino is willing to cheat and use bots just to look good online, it's a massive red flag regarding their overall integrity and honesty. I'd advise everyone to be extremely careful with your deposits and funds there right now.

Here is the direct text from their page: "This company's rating is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines. Online Casino or Bookmaker."

What do you guys think? Has anyone else noticed issues with withdrawals or unfair bans on Shuffle recently? Let's discuss.

UPDATE: I contacted Shuffle support regarding the red banner, and here is their official response (translated from Russian support):

"Trustpilot took action against the company profile due to a breach of their guidelines. Specifically, Trustpilot stated that it removed a number of reviews that they deemed fake. This is why the company's rating is currently unavailable on their platform... This action by Trustpilot does not indicate any security or legitimacy issues with Shuffle."

So, Shuffle support officially CONFIRMED that they got caught using fake reviews. Yet, they claim that manipulating feedback and cheating users online "doesn't affect their legitimacy".

This is an unbelievable level of damage control. What do you think about a casino that openly admits to review fraud but tells players "don't worry, your funds are safe"?

It's not gonna change my view playing at the casino. I still play on Shuffle.

If you looking a reputable casino, you should not look at "Rating" however you should look at the open case from those casinos.

• How much the casino have open case
• How much the case is being solved
• How the casino response on thread case or open case

So far, SHUFFLE is the second-best casino with good liquidity for their bankroll, and that's important for me to make sure the casino can pay the win. Trustpilot are one of the rating platform can be easily manipulated, either with red tags from them or not. I still don't believe any casino who having a good rating on Trustpilots.

If you want to look at some ratings, you can do by forum opinions or experience someone playing on the casino. Other good rating place to be use, you can tried CASINO Guru, they have mediator on there + you can see the case is being open againts the casino.

In the end, my advice: Never, ever once use Trustpilots for selecting service. Those service are easy to be manipulation, with Red Tag or No Red Tags. Those Rating site can't be trusted cause is easy to be manipulated.

Do anyone complain about funds not been able to be withdrawn or large winnings were not allowed because players failed some certain rules? Ratings has nothing to do with casino's legitimacy as far as I know.

If you can find out SHUFFLE withheld players funds by forging policy that benefits them, then that's a legitimate way of saying that SHUFFLE is not liable to be trusted.

A few days ago, BC.games Casino also did something like this and received a lot of criticism. Now Shuffle is involved in such a heinous act again. I don't understand why they do this, they have a good reputation and many users. So why do they have to go astray! Don't they make enough profit if they do business honestly!

I understand that people look at Trustpilot differently, but there is no smoke without fire. I actually contacted Shuffle’s official support to get clarification first-hand. Support agent Lily replied to me and officially confirmed: "Trustpilot took action against the company profile due to a breach of their guidelines. Specifically, Trustpilot stated that it removed a number of reviews that they deemed fake." So, the manipulation fact is confirmed by the platform itself.

Regarding withdrawals: yes, everything might technically work fine right now. But for me as a player keeping crypto on the platform, buying fake reviews is a serious integrity issue. If the management is willing to use bots and deceive the community for marketing, how can we be 100% sure they won’t act the same way when someone hits a massive jackpot?

I value Bitcointalk reviews more than outside reviews because I believe the reviews here are more credible. Not that many users are sharing their experience, but if you see a casino here having an ANN thread and still active for many years, that's already a good sign they are not scammers.

Because if they really scam users, their account profile can easily get painted with red and once that happens, their reputation is basically gone.

Shuffle is an established casino by now and regardless of what trust pilot or any review says, IMO they are #2 right now behind stake

While yes they can delay some withdraws and ask for extensive kyc(personally affected by this) , there are much much worse casinos than shuffle easily

I think almost every site has manipulated trustpilot reviews or promised bonuses in return for those, pretty sure stake did as well in their early days. That doesnt make stake any less legitimate

You make a fair point about Bitcointalk’s reputation system. But look at the irony here: you say a casino is credible until it gets a "red paint" (negative trust) on this forum for scamming or cheating.

Well, that is EXACTLY what just happened on Trustpilot! Shuffle got caught red-handed committing review fraud, and the platform gave them a massive RED warning banner and stripped away their rating as punishment.

The mechanism is the same. If we take red flags seriously here on Bitcointalk, we shouldn't ignore them when a major global review platform does the exact same thing for the exact same reasons. Cheating is cheating, no matter the website.

Several casinos represented in this forum have a warning at trustpilot about this, I would go as far as 30% have been caught doing it and maybe another 20% have been flying under the radar until now and haven’t been caught. It’s just a matter of time until we see more and more I assume.

thanks for sharing, it looks as interesting information but in any case I would not use it to make any decision.
as other users have already said, most of reviews (or trusted comments) can be found here on the forum (and can be tracked "on chain"). It could be possible ask for details, talks with users and so on...
I would never use another third party or in any case - based on trust profile - I would never find here much more useful than any other place online.

You are literally saying: "Yes, they delay withdrawals and lock people with long KYC, and yes, they fake reviews, but look at Stake, everyone does it!"

Since when did delaying players' withdrawals and manipulating reviews become "normal behavior" for a legitimate top-2 casino? If a platform has to buy fake bot reviews to look good, and at the same time delays payouts to real users, that is the exact definition of a rogue casino.

The fact that "many casinos do it" doesn't make it right. If a platform is caught red-handed by a major review system, it means their marketing is built on deception. Shuffle is now officially among those caught, and players have every right to know about it.

I'm glad to see that some users here still care about transparency and don't try to normalize review fraud just because it's a "common trend" in the industry.

This is one thing about review and ratings as they could be bought by the site from individuals. As a gambler before going into using any site should at least check if they are reputable enough not by following the overall ratings from these sites such as trustpilot or whatever. Before using a site you should at least check if that site is also linked to this community at least this is where you could get a good recommendation because they can easily bought trusted and reputable users here and they could give their honest review so that every other user could be that careful on what they are doing in regards to their involvement with the gambling site or casino as it may seems to be.

Exactly, that is why I brought this discussion here. Bitcointalk has a much stronger community filters compared to public review platforms.

Review manipulation isn't that uncommon outside the forum because they own the platform and admins can write what they want. Actually there are even casinos that have a bad reputation here while on other review sites they are at the top, so that's something we cannot really control anymore.

For us who gamble, it's just our job to look for a review site or forum where we can check the reputation of the casino. Personally I find Bitcointalk more credible than others, probably one reason why many casinos still advertise here.

If you're going to spend your time and money on any platform, check and research how they build their reputation: through fake reviews or fake ratings, or through transparency?

The worst thing is ignoring these warnings until it's your turn to fall into their trap. I've seen people keep playing at a notorious scam casino; the reason is they always get paid until the scam casino stops paying them, then they go here to open a scam accusation.

I think if they are so bad like that, we would have known it in this forum, most of those casinos are currently being promoted here including shuffle.com. for me I don't trust ratting from outside forum because anyone is free to give ratting that suits them including some who are paid to tanish image or reputation of casino. One thing you will understand is that everyone must not say the same thing about a particular thing. Shuffle.com has been here in this forum even before I registered here, and If they so bad, they would have reported their case and maybe it wouldn't have been promoted.

It would be wrong to judge things based on funds not being stolen yet or brand not withholding user funds. . This isn't enough proof to call shuffle casino out but it's worth considering since they faked reviews on trust pilots. The forum is the best place to get good reviews of any brand and as far as I'm concerned shuffle has a very solid reputation here and should try their best to do same outside.we don't want outsiders coming here to mess up their reputations because we all know how it normally would turn out.at least they admitted that the reviews were fake and that's one honest reply from a team that's willing to grow. I've seen some that would still lie about the obvious..
