UPDATE:
UPDATE: I contacted Shuffle support regarding the red banner, and here is their official response (translated from Russian support):
"Trustpilot took action against the company profile due to a breach of their guidelines. Specifically, Trustpilot stated that it removed a number of reviews that they deemed fake. This is why the company's rating is currently unavailable on their platform... This action by Trustpilot does not indicate any security or legitimacy issues with Shuffle."
So, Shuffle support officially CONFIRMED that they got caught using fake reviews. Yet, they claim that manipulating feedback and cheating users online "doesn't affect their legitimacy".
This is an unbelievable level of damage control. What do you think about a casino that openly admits to review fraud but tells players "don't worry, your funds are safe"?
But if I may ask, when did the Shuffle customer support confirmed that the crypto casino actually bought fake reviews? Because I just read what the customer support wrote there and never did I see anywhere he mentioned that, because all I'm seeing at this moment is that you are just exaggerating on this. Because it's very possible that a competitive might have bought these fake reviews, in other to prompt Trustpilot into locking the rating just as what happened, as an avenue to channel wrong narrative about the crypto casino. Because inasmuch as you are unable to bring any genuine individual that was been scammed by Shuffle crypto casino, all this allegation is baseless. And how am I sure you are not been paid by a competitor to pass this wrong narrative?

It’s funny to see how far some users will go to normalize fraud just because a casino pays for a signature campaign here.
@pi-network214159, first of all, check my profile before making assumptions. I am not "hiding under a newbie account to spread FUD". My account was registered back in 2018. I’ve been a silent reader for years, and I decided to post now because review manipulation is a real issue that affects community safety. Does a lower forum rank mean a player doesn't deserve honesty from a casino? Saying "I don't care if a casino is a scam or not as long as it's convenient" is a wild take for a Hero Member.
@Maltchy, praising a casino for "honestly admitting they used fake reviews" after they got caught red-handed by a global moderation system is peak irony. They didn't confess out of honesty; they confessed because they had a red banner locked on their page and couldn't hide it anymore.
The fact remains: Shuffle officially breached review guidelines and used bots to manipulate public trust. No matter how long their ANN thread lives on Bitcointalk, players have every right to know how this casino handles its marketing integrity.

And how am I sure you are not been paid by a competitor to pass this wrong narrative? The "competitor attack" theory is the oldest excuse in the book for any project caught cheating. Let's look at how Trustpilot actually works: they don't issue a severe red warning banner and lock a corporate account based on a "competitor attack". If competitors spam a page with fake 5-star reviews to frame a company, Trustpilot simply filters them out. A red warning banner is only locked when Trustpilot’s fraud detection team finds undeniable internal links—such as reviews coming from the company’s own IP networks, employee accounts, or paid review-bounty systems operated by the business itself. When Shuffle support agent Lily says: "Trustpilot took action against the company profile due to a breach of their guidelines... and removed a number of reviews that they deemed fake," she officially acknowledges the penalty. And accusing me of being "paid by a competitor" just because I posted facts and official support screenshots is a cheap ad hominem. I am just a regular player who prefers to keep his crypto in places that don't need bot farms to build a fake reputation. The red banner on Trustpilot is an official fact, not a "baseless allegation".

The issue is that people tend to write reviews when they encounter problems. It’s an attempt to rally support, vent frustration, and so on. If Trustpilot cannot effectively moderate brands that create multiple accounts to flood the platform with fake reviews, can we really consider penalties like the one Shuffle received to be in line with the guidelines?
To be honest, I prefer reading detailed reviews over just seeing ratings.

This is an unbelievable level of damage control. What do you think about a casino that openly admits to review fraud but tells players "don't worry, your funds are safe"?
It's an industry bad practice; it's not only on one particular platform, and many platforms in different niches are doing this, and there are underground workers that are doing this, and not only on TrustPilot, but there are bloggers and writers doing the same for cash. It's not review fraud that totally ruins a reputation; it's not paying players who deserve payment and checking loopholes on accounts after they win big, like you are losing a lot of money, and when you win a huge amount of money, suddenly they accuse you of multiple accounts or playing in restricted country.

I could see quite a few people saying that Shuffle is still honest on forum, so whatever some external review site says does not matter to them. That's a kinda bullshit argument! I don't know how much Shuffle is actually involved in this case, because Trustpilot has not established that these issues are connected to Shuffle core team in first place. But that does not mean we should defend them with bad logic either. If someone's guilt is proven, whether on this forum or on an external platform. They should be held accountable regardless of where it happened.

Are there real ratings about online casinos anywhere? And when last have people use rating to make decisions? Something that event people can give in exchange for few dollars?
I can't count many apps that have asked people to drop good ratings on Playstore for them, kinda shit makes me believe that ratings aren't always real, most of them are fake.
So my friend, this isn't good enough to talk less about shuffle, atleast not yet until they are proven to be unreliable again, with better proof and not some ratings battle.

How can we be sure the information you provided here is genuine? Second, all genuine crypto gamblers dont trust the review provided by Trustpilot because they can be manipulated, and the last time i checked, the platform is using AI for their review verification, and I'm not sure they use the support of humans. The last time i checked, most gamblers like this forum review with the inclusion of AskGamblers, etc.

Actually its not something new anymore or its not something that it is really that shocking when it comes into this matter on which reviews could really be paid or something that can be faked for them to look that a good platform but of course having that bad impression once its been caught but checking on this one on some people who had commented on earlier page that despite of these manipulatative reviews but still they do chose to play still into this platform on which it would be just that reflecting out that despite of these behavior they are still able to get or hooked up players to believe that they are running perfectly fine in despite of those reviews on which there's nothing we can do about it if those people would be having this views.

Can you please point out specifically where they confirmed that they were caught using fake reviews from the text above? I have read the text several times but I only saw an honest response not trying to cover up the claim. The statement is not confirming any claim as you claimed. I'm not defending shuffle and of course, it's good you brought this observation to public but this is between them and Trustpilot which I believe they can sort it. Trustpilot have their reasons for flagging the review as fake, but they should provide reasons and evidence to prove their claim and likewise, shuffle should also prove the removed reviews are not fake as claimed by Trustpilot.

It doesn't change the fact that they have built a strong bond with the users. I used to play on shuffle last year, but not anymore. Not because I learned anything new about the casino. I basically stopped to start using Stake. However, there is no one in the forum who does not know that most reviews are paid reviews. It is a form to build online trust before the trust in the services rendered. How can we be sure the information you provided here is genuine? I can't think of any reason why bone777 for a thing like this. Well, considering the information is coming from a newbie account, it shows the real owner doesn't want to reveal his identity. This opens the discussion of a suspicious accusation.

~ The fact that "many casinos do it" doesn't make it right. If a platform is caught red-handed by a major review system, it means their marketing is built on deception. Shuffle is now officially among those caught, and players have every right to know about it.
I'm glad to see that some users here still care about transparency and don't try to normalize review fraud just because it's a "common trend" in the industry.
I doubt they plead guilty of doing it, they acknowledged that fake reviews are on the sites there and it could be bought by a third party who wish the Shuffle Casino to become great. Some platforms see it as a way of advertising too, having better star ratings on such sites will convince users to try them but it is not an ethical thing. Anyway, never believe anything completely, you can use these things to scrutinize among many but only judge them based on your real experience while playing in that casino.

Unfortunately that’s a common trend in the gambling industry. Manipulating trust score has become very normal these days, too bad that only some get caught. Several casinos represented in this forum have a warning at trustpilot about this, I would go as far as 30% have been caught doing it and maybe another 20% have been flying under the radar until now and haven’t been caught. It’s just a matter of time until we see more and more I assume.
I don't think all casinos do that but yes I agree with you that it is a common practice. I don't use that as bases for judging a casino because there are more important things to look at than that. As long as there is no serious and convincing case of a casino scamming their users, I'm good with the casino. Shuffle is a successful casino with good reputation and this post being posted here does not qualify as scam accusation because they did not scam anyone of their money.

Shuffle casino has been on this platform for quite some time now and very active coupled with their ongoing campaign that has been running for a long period of time if I am not mistaken. Although I have come across some minor complaints by members about them but it is not a big deal like that and all resolved. Trust pilot review is not what I can hold onto or guarantee to be genuine because it could be manipulated at anytime so whatever trust pilot is saying concerning such doesn't needs to bother me because I am sure this platform review could guide me through making a sound and informed decision in choosing casino to play games with.

Trustpilot has been known to be a notorious site that different people go to when they want to fake their reviews, so it is not news that one was caught by the platform. I am actually surprised that they actually took action and tagged the company's profile on their site; I thought they were always lackadaisical about the whole reviews and didn't care about it.
As for the shuffle, if I was a user there, I would definitely have a change of heart towards them, maybe reduce my play there or wait till the whole thing is resolved because the fact that they used this method tells a lot about them.

Thanks for the heads-up, I guess. I honestly don't take Trustpilot reviews in consideration when comes to gambling services (casinos, bookies and lotteries). Because there is much review manipulation in general.
If people want to have serious reviews and feedback on casinos and bookies, then they should pay attention to communities like this one, where information is more credible and it is more difficult for people to leave credible and anonymous reviews at the same time.
Anyways. It is also quite interesting how Shuffle mentions there was some action by Trustpilot, but they never imply it was because of a action taken by themselves.

Do anyone complain about funds not been able to be withdrawn or large winnings were not allowed because players failed some certain rules? Ratings has nothing to do with casino's legitimacy as far as I know.
If you can find out SHUFFLE withheld players funds by forging policy that benefits them, then that's a legitimate way of saying that SHUFFLE is not liable to be trusted.
As far as we know in this forum, Shuffle still has a good reputation, and they have not done anything that has to do with defrauding customers. I also don’t care what Trustpilot thinks about the casino; besides, Trustpilot doesn't even have all good reputations, as it has been said before that the said platform also has some record of manipulating ratings. Anything that has to do with Trustpilot, I do a rethink before trusting them.

I'm glad to see that some users here still care about transparency and don't try to normalize review fraud just because it's a "common trend" in the industry.
If you're going to spend your time and money on any platform, check and research how they build their reputation: through fake reviews or fake ratings, or through transparency? The worst thing is ignoring these warnings until it's your turn to fall into their trap. I've seen people keep playing at a notorious scam casino; the reason is they always get paid until the scam casino stops paying them, then they go here to open a scam accusation. Rating and review of a casino are very important because these are genuine feedback that comes from customers. If a casino is doing well, ratings and reviews shouldn't be a problem because good ratings and reviews will surely be more. But if a casino attempts to manipulate ratings and reviews, this is not good for the casino because it just seems the casino is claiming to be the kind of casino that they are not. If a casino tries to manipulate their ratings, it means the reputation of the casino is not something that can be trusted.

Thank you to everyone joining this debate. Since this thread generated a lot of pushback and aggressive damage control from certain paid signatures, let me address all the main points clearly.
1. Regarding my "Newbie" rank: To those pointing fingers at my rank and calling this a "suspicious competitor attack" (@Agbamoni and others) — look at my profile. My account was registered back in 2018. I am an 8-year-old silent reader, not a fresh multi-account created yesterday to spread fake FUD. Does a lower forum rank mean a player doesn’t deserve marketing integrity from a casino? Defending fraud by attacking the messenger's rank is a very weak strategy.
2. Regarding the authenticity and wording of the Support response: For those trying to split hairs and claiming Shuffle didn't admit guilt (@Corneacross and @Chinesebaby) — as @Ilepo brilliantly pointed out, it’s highly amusing how Shuffle support words it as "actions taken by Trustpilot" while completely dodging the fact that it was caused by their own actions.
Trustpilot’s fraud detection doesn't lock a corporate page with a severe RED banner based on a "competitor attack". If competitors spam 5-star reviews to frame a company, Trustpilot simply filters them out. A red warning banner is only locked when the system finds undeniable internal links—like reviews coming from the company’s own IP networks, employees, or paid internal review-bounty schemes. Shuffle support officially confirmed the penalty because they simply couldn't hide the red banner anymore.
3. The "Everyone does it" and "They haven't stolen money yet" argument: Saying "we shouldn't care until they actually freeze funds" (@oheema, @Zadicar, and @Cryptotalkem) is a dangerous mindset. Review fraud is the absolute foundation of a lack of integrity. As @Rocketstarguy (who is a Hero Member and a casino representative himself) perfectly stated: "If a casino tries to manipulate their ratings, it means the reputation of the casino is not something that can be trusted."
If a casino’s management is comfortable using bot networks to systematically deceive potential depositors online, why should anyone trust them not to use shady tactics—like sudden KYC traps—the moment a player hits a massive jackpot?
We shouldn't wait for a casino to exit-scam to finally call out their red flags. The red banner on Trustpilot is an official fact, and players have every right to know about the lack of integrity in Shuffle's marketing.

You are only regarded as a thief when you get caught, that what my people would say.
Now, Shuffle might have paid the hard price for this manipulation, either it is true or indeed happened we can’t say for sure but, they sure would have reasons for their actions and a means to verify this breach.
As much as people might want to argue if the star ratings and write up isn’t sufficient, they’ve done just what they hoped to archive which is, ensuring those that use the site be well aware of their stands with the casino.
