Hello everyone,

I am looking for advice/help regarding approximately $2,100 currently frozen by Cloudbet.

I want to disclose the full situation honestly.

I originally had a Cloudbet account and chose permanent self-exclusion myself.

After that, I created another account. Cloudbet detected it, verified/closed the account and, as a gesture of goodwill, allowed me to withdraw the remaining funds. I was warned that I should not create another account.

I acknowledge that I later violated that warning and created a third account.

On this account I deposited approximately $1,400. After wagering, my balance reached approximately $2,100.

Cloudbet then closed the account and refused to allow withdrawal of the remaining balance.

Support referred specifically to Section 7.1.10.3 of their Terms, which states that funds associated with multiple accounts may be “frozen.” Support has also repeatedly described my funds as frozen and told me that no withdrawal will be processed.

I fully understand that creating another account was against Cloudbet’s rules. I am not disputing their right to permanently close my accounts, and I will not create another account.

What I am disputing is the permanent non-payment of the approximately $2,100 balance.

When Cloudbet allowed the withdrawal from my previous duplicate account, I was warned not to create another account. However, I was not specifically informed that another violation would result in funds deposited into the new account becoming permanently non-withdrawable/forfeited.

I have now sent Cloudbet a formal email requesting reconsideration and a final withdrawal of the balance.

I also found this very similar Cloudbet case from 2025:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5559309.0

In that case, the player had also permanently self-excluded, created another account and had funds frozen. After the case was reviewed, Cloudbet ultimately released the funds.

@holydarkness, I noticed that you helped with that case and contacted Cloudbet regarding it. If you still have a contact there, I would be extremely grateful if you could ask them to review my case as well.

I can provide screenshots of my conversations with Cloudbet, deposit information and any other evidence required.

I accept responsibility for violating the account restriction. I am simply asking Cloudbet to reconsider the permanent withholding of the remaining ~$2,100 and allow one final withdrawal before keeping the account permanently closed.

You broke their rules first. They were kind and gave your money back. They told you they would freeze your funds if it happened again. Then you decided to break the rules again. Now you are complaining that they froze your funds?

You cannot break the rules forever and expect your money back. You violated their terms of service on purpose , and you will not get these funds back.

This is not a scam accusation. If anything, you are the one who tried to scam CloudBet.

Interesting case, though i don't think the subject of this thread is suitable, because on face value someone would think Cloudbet denied your withdrawal and froze your funds without any good cause.

That said, i appreciate you for being very honest. In the nicest way possible, i think you are a problem gambler and it might be in your best interest to take your self-exclusions more seriously. You have violated self-exclusion twice, and not just that, you have multiple acounts on their website, which is prohibited in most casinos. It is unfair to abuse their initial gesture of goodwill to you, and even on the off chance that they extend it to you again, they cannot be sure that you'd not return with another account.

You are asking for full 2100 and not just your deposit?

Them not telling you explicitly that next time funds will be confiscated is your arguement?

Grow up and take some responsibility for your actions. There are many books you can choose but for some reason you keep going back to cloudbet, no books allows multi accounts especially for permanent excluded users as those can cause them some issues wrt responsible gambling etc

I understand the criticism and I am not claiming that I did not violate Cloudbet’s rules. I did, and I take responsibility for creating another account.

My question is about the treatment of the funds, not about whether Cloudbet has the right to close my account.

I deposited approximately $1,400 of my own money and the balance reached approximately $2,100. Ideally, I am asking Cloudbet to allow withdrawal of the full balance, as they did in the very similar case I linked above. At the very minimum, I believe there is a legitimate question about what happens to my original $1,400 deposit.

Regarding the warning: Cloudbet warned me not to create another account. I acknowledge that. What I dispute is that I was not explicitly told that another violation would result in permanent forfeiture of any money deposited into that account.

Cloudbet support itself cited section 7.1.10.3 to me, which says that funds may be “frozen”. They have repeatedly used the word “frozen”, not “forfeited”.

This is why I am asking for a review rather than claiming that I did nothing wrong.

I also accept permanent closure of all my Cloudbet accounts and will not create another one.

My opinion may differ from others, but I hope Cloudbet won't return your funds. They had already shown a gesture of goodwill to you when you violated the terms by creating a 2nd account after self-exclusion. The Cloudbet team also warned you not to do the same thing again. But you ignored their warnings. It will encourage you to do the same thing again on Cloudbet or on another platform if they show a gesture of goodwill again.

Just one clarification because I think there is a misunderstanding.

Cloudbet did warn me not to create another account after closing my second account, and I fully acknowledge that I ignored that warning.

However, they did not explicitly tell me at that time that if I created another account, any funds deposited there would be permanently frozen or forfeited. This distinction is the reason I am asking for a review.

I am not claiming that Cloudbet had no right to close my account. They absolutely had the right to do so under their rules.

My question is whether permanently retaining the funds is the appropriate consequence, particularly when the provision Cloudbet quoted to me uses the word “frozen”, and considering that a similar self-exclusion case on this forum was eventually resolved with Cloudbet releasing the funds.

I understand that some members may disagree with me. I am mainly hoping that Cloudbet or someone who has a contact with them can review the case.

The ignorance OP displays here amazes me. I mean seriously? Violating the rules over and over again and now complaining that the money is frozen?
And he seriously wants all the money, not even "just" the deposit. That's hilarious.
Imagine he lost the money, then he would have created a different accusation blaming the site for letting him play there.  Roll Eyes

I am with Mahdirakib on this one, 10000%. OP should not get paid 1 cent and learn a valuable lesson. Reading something like this actually makes me angry.
@OP: You are here for the wrong reason and I honestly hope this "accusation" leads to nothing, because that's exactly what you deserve.
