I've heard many interviews from millionaires and billionaires who categorically tells their interviewers that nobody can become rich working for somebody else. Many employees and politicians that are public workers knows that employers and the government can only pay you what they figure that you would be comfortable with, they don't make plans for you to become rich. Salaries can hardly make you to be rich and I believe that this is the reason why some workers and politicians steal so much from the positions that they occupy to become very rich.

I know that if you really want to become very rich you should think like the very rich people who are business minded and understands how money works for the rich, not like somebody who is comfortable to collect a paycheck every week or month yet wants to be very rich,  that is why they look for means to steal and enrich themselves. Instead of being a genius at scheming for ways to cheat I believe that any employees that wants to become rich should think outside the box, learn relevant skills, think big, meet the right contacts and seize opportunities to have breakthroughs in business and investments circles. Many rich people comes from humble backgrounds before they had their breakthroughs, it should be a motivation that becoming rich is possible.

Working for someone else’s wont get you rich, no matter how much your may be earning from that work. The minimum wages ain’t structured to make you rich.while working for someone else’s, your time and energy is tied a particular pay that you can’t even do another thing to earn you money. Politics can actually get you rich but there definitely has to stolen funds. if you are in politics and you don’t involve in embezzlement you might as well not get rich with just your basic salaries. When a worker and politician only receives a salary every month, without any side activities that add more economic value, until death the worker and politician will never be rich.

Workers and politicians should not have to commit corruption, steal or commit unlawful acts to have more wealth and economy, they only need to do legal business to achieve wealth, outside of their main job, and the same goes for politicians.

Many workers, rich people have a turnover of millions of dollars with the business they run, they have enough remote control to do business.

The socio-economic condition of my country is so bad that no one can become rich by working or working honestly here. If politicians do not commit corruption and do not engage in black marketing, they will never be able to become rich. Especially in the case of those who work in government, if they do not commit bribery and do not engage in corruption, they will never be able to change their situation.
Since their election, the government bureaucrats and political leaders of my country have committed corruption worth hundreds of crores of taka, as a result, within a few years, they have completed flats, apartments, land, cars and houses and have accumulated thousands of cores money in their banks. Riches actually come with hard work, but not when you are working for someone. I so much believe you can become rich as a politician without stealing or become rich as a worker without also stealing, but their is a secret their, and the secret is investment. Many politicians want to look and pretend like they come from the most humble backgrounds ever, often trying to act like they were part of a blue collar worker family to score points with the "working man" on the campaign trail. However the reality is you can look at the background of most politicians in places like America and the UK to see the opposite. Most American politicians will have gone through the most elite education (which costs a lot of money) with Harvard or Stanford, while UK politicians will quite often have attended Cambridge or Oxford. Almost every president and prime minister will have gone through these places too. It's not impossible to get a scholarship through such universities, but there's an even smaller chance that someone doing that would have the ultimate goal of wanting to get into that side of politics, but rather be interested in a high level STEM activity. You need a lot of money for your kids to be rubbing shoulders with the next generation of politicians and those sort of early bonds will often lead to high positions later in life.

Well that's just how the system is. Politicians are in control, so how they actually make their money doesn't really go according to the rules. It often ends up in one or two corrupt practices and because they have power they are likely to go free when they commit a crime that contributes value to their fellow politicians. Workers steal from their employers because they are greedy. If you feel that your salary is not enough why don't you quit the job and look for another job that can pay you the amount you will be comfortable with. The government has a structure of payment for public officers according to their level, workers are aware of that so why will they result to steal extra funds? It is although still possible a worker or politician can get rich from investment in other sectors of the economy to have riches and it could include buying equity and stocks, compounding investments or earning from other high value skill sets they have always had either before they become employed or while they were employed.

It just goes to show that true riches doesn't always have to be from illegal means. Hard work, vision, effort, consistency and financial management still goes a long way to help in achieving true riches without the need to steal or become corrupt.

It depends on your context of rich, for me I have seen some nasty people that their paycheck is something you can't joke with, the services they provide for that particular company under that business man is difficult to find, when we say salary earner alot of people picture minimum wage citizens but some people really make bags.


Some years back, I had the privilege to work with some oil and gas employee, to be precise, regulators, and I can say those people are bloody rich, so unless you are talking of Forbes top 50, we shouldn't underestimate salary earners.

In my area, there is a parable that says "Big money do not come clean"  using your common sense to trying to understand the statement and compare with your topic, it should mean that politicians become rich by embezzling public funds for their own benefits which that huge sum doesn't come clean. If you must be a business gurus, I think such person should think business from young age, serve the business and learn from teenage age until he grows older in it while building and implementing, such people also become rich.
