Can workers and politicians become very rich without stealing and being corrupt

I know that if you really want to become very rich you should think like the very rich people who are business minded and understands how money works for the rich, not like somebody who is comfortable to collect a paycheck every week or month yet wants to be very rich,  that is why they look for means to steal and enrich themselves.

A common worker who's salaried, it's very hard to get rich. But it's not impossible, if he gets promoted he can have a good salary that gives a comfortable life. Nothing justifies a politician stealing, this politician represents the state, he as an authority has to be an example. Justice has to be done and punish exemplarily.

One thing you forgot is that not every workman you see that steal,  some ars just using what they have to get whatever it is that they will like to get I mean using Thier resources. Personally I don't see workers as people who are stealing, if you ask me I would say that they are just doing Thier Job, I don't see anything wrong if i charge my client 50k meanwhile the work is supposed to be 45k. This is not stealing, Although you might be talking about the other way round, the only people which I know that they are stealing is those that are into politics because they can give them money to give to the citizens and they will just have it all by themselves without distributing to those who are in need, in this case I would say they are stealing.

You cannot use what you have to get what you want while working in another person's company except you're an independent contractor that is when you should add your own money and pocket it but if you are an employee you are mandated to make profit for your employer unless it is stipulated that you can pocket excess money. How can a company grow if every employees are pocketing something and expect to be paid at the end of the week or month.

It is not easy to start a company and it is a good reason why employees shouldn't feel entitled to be making money off their employers by cornering some of what they are supposed make for the company. It is happening everywhere but it is wrong, if you are not satisfied with a company's contract agreement you should find another job or quit and start your own. Politicians are no different from people that are stealing or pilfering from their employers, the only difference is that politicians works for the government and they steal so much more and that is why many criminal minded individuals wants to go into politics.

Well, that's basically a thing. Not everybody can be rich because if everyone is rich, no one will do labor jobs. But if your salary is enough for your expenses, doesn't mean you are rich. Workers of different category right, there are workers that are exposed to money and the can come up with anything, especially those in the financial department, they can pad bugets to diverst some amount for themselves, man shits in every working environment, you can speak for yourself or say workers may not not be all that corrupt but saying they are not corrupt at all is not correct, in my country we have commissioners of ministries appointed by Governors who are politicians, they head those ministries and run them with permanent secretaries and directors who are civil servants, that are workers, but do you know that looting in those ministry are been perfected by the directors and permanent secretaries with the directives of the commissioners, I'm just trying to justify the fact that workers are also corrupt even though politicians are more corrupt.

Unfortunately, this is the truth, and it will continue for as long as there are greedy politicians out there. In short, it will remain like this forever. This is the reason we have a thing called "ELECTION" so that we will be electing THE LESSER EVIL BETWEEN THE 2 POLITICIANS. Sound sad, right? Well, that's how cruel the world is, and it's becoming worse and worse.

There are some politicians out there that have their own business, and I don't know, but I have this feeling that they might be less corrupt than those other out there who treated being in a politics as their business, and stealing other people's money as their main goal in life. As for the employees out there, it's really true that there are no employees out there that became millionaire just by working with others. I'm thinking of 2 things. Either you invest and hold some assets, or have a business for yourself. Of course, you will think outside the box, and you will work hard in order for you to become successful.

Workers and politicians COULD become rich. Workers could start working for others first, learn the ins and outs of it then build their own. As for the politicians, why will they spend time and let themselves struggle if they could just steal money from other people?

You sound like stealing is an essential that is needed to maintain a "fake" lifestyle which does not explain the purpose of the position they occupy. You do not need to live an extravagant lifestyle as a politician, they have a public duty to serve the people and that should be their priority.

The main reason this stealing habit keeps growing is because the government is encouraging it. You would hardly hear on any occasion that a politician was arrested because of stealing and on many occasions, the case dies off after certain allegations without a proper judgement. I was watching Steve Harvey family Feud and one of the questions he asked the contestants of his game was "what's the best way to become rich", and somebody replied "politics" and the look from his eyes says it all. He said he was disappointed, politicians aren't meant to be wealthy if they scale and rate them based on what they earn as their basic salaries. The money they claimed to have are mostly stolen money and corruptions, their salaries are not that big with the kind of lifestyle they portray.

A worker and a politician can become wealthy legitimately if they make an investment that yield good profits. Lets look at Bitcoin, between 2019 and eaely 2021, there are people that are average worker that earn good amount of money, they don't have kids, no family of their own to look after and they became wealthy, some people bought altcoins, it made them money, they sold at the top and never look back again. For workers, I believe yes. They can be rich by working for others. Maybe not as rich rich but rich enough to live a comfortable life. But it takes a lot of time and effort. Cause for you to be able to achieve that, you need to climb the ladder. That's what makes your value and salary increase. You work closely to the owners or you're in a high position, you can earn enough through salary and be comfortable in life. There are also high paying professions that can make a person rich such as doctors, lawyers, other licensed professionals, and more. But of course, it will also take a lot of effort to build yourself in the industry to have such high value.

For politicians, I believe most of politicians are already rich even before running to a government position. Because you will be needing a lot of investment during the candidacy. Most of the politicians here in my country already have great backgrounds even before running so they're already rich, they just want to be richer that's why they run.

But if we're gonna say that the politician is an ordinary person before, they can still be rich by not being corrupt. Government officials have bigger salaries than a regular person working in office. For me, I consider them rich already. But a lot of politicians are greedy that's why for them, the salary isn't enough.

Salaries can never make you rich, it is a money you receive to take care of your needs, some of them are not even enough to cover all your needs, you usually have to limit your wants just because the money is not enough due to inflation and hike in prices of goods and services, you cannot make it with salaries no matter how good the salary can be and how comfortable you are with the job.

The only thing that can help you is to limit a lot of things to set an investment goal for yourself, if you can be able to set aside some money monthly or weekly for an investment, it will really help you especially if the investment comes out with good profit, you can start from there and get more capital to generate another stream of income for yourself, but working for someone can never get you rich unless you still from them.

This is absolutely true, and no one can get rich if they are an employee, even if they are a big boss. The fact is that it is the topmost business owner who receives all the unlimited profit from the contracts. And everyone below him on the career ladder, or rather their earnings, are within the framework of their contracts. And if a business was able to earn a lot of money in a month, then the employer will receive insane money, but everyone who is lower in the best case will receive bonuses for which they can only buy themselves an extra pizza on the weekend. Is that fair? It depends on which side to look at.

Employees can make money through skills, savings, investment and side businesses but we cannot also assume that every rich person become wealthy because of entrepreneurship.

While I agree with a couple of your ideas that a salary doesn't make anyone extremely wealthy, I'm not comfortable with using that to justify why so many officials or employees become corrupt. Corruption is not only about a small salary, it's about the mentality and integrity. Many of those with low incomes stay honest all the way to retirement, and many more of those who are already making a lot of money are still on the hunt for more.

The part I'm totally on board with is thinking like rich people — acquiring new skills, cultivating the right connections, and having the courage to see an opportunity for a business or investment. That is really important for financial advancement, and there are lots of true case studies of individuals from low ranks of society who have achieved success by breaking out of the safe "work-get paid-repeat" lifestyle.

However, not everyone is suited to become an entrepreneur. The third, and more realistic option, is to remain in a normal job or Civil Service career, but be disciplined in saving and learn to invest (stocks, mutual funds, property) and gradually improve your skills to increase your income. It's not as fast-tracked as an entrepreneur's success story, but it's a more saferpath that most people can take — one that doesn't entail taking any big risks or, worse, looking for shortcuts through corruption.

There is a reason why a lot of people that get employed in a firm end up stealing it doing something illegal to get money from where they work, It is because their salary isn't enough for them and they think that by being corrupt they can work their way to the top but this stains their self image and integrity because that's not really the right way to go.

Based on the country some of us are from especially those that come from third world countries, when we hear the word politicians we are always quick to assume that everyone of them is corrupt but that's not actually true. There are some politicians that believe in working hard and not in being corrupt to get rich.

As a worker it would be difficult to get rich especially if you receive a low pay, no matter how much you save it still won't make you rich but instead of being corrupt you can actually work to get rich by starting up a business or an investment.

When you said workers, I believe you're referring to someone who's into a 9-5 job.
If yes, then it's rare that workers and politicians become rich people, but they can become rich people without doing something illicit, depending on how informed they are and the side hustle they are into.
We have people who never dream of becoming a billionaire, but they are billionaires through their early investment in Bitcoin, and we have some who invested in real estate/stock who are now billionaires through insider information.

Honestly, working for someone can't make one wealthy, especially in my country, I know how many times I have worked for people and how they treat their employees,infact seeing how they operate I can categorically tell you ,it's hard to be rich while working for someone or depending on salary.

I haven't seen any successful politician that hasn't stolen public funds , so its very difficult not to see corrupted leaders,many failed politicians are the once who refuse to steal , sometime I ask myself why the bad once are always more successful than the good once ,but it certainly clear ,being under somebody can't get you anywhere ,only few are just lucky to be successful.
