Mybc.game (not bcgame) scam 300$

Please be careful, mybc.game is a scam.

I'll try to briefly describe the situation:

I made four crypto (USDT) deposits at this casino. On my fourth deposit, I was playing with a clean cash deposit of $20 without using any bonuses, and I managed to win $300 on slots. To be exact, my balance rose to $600 at one point, but eventually settled at $300. I requested a withdrawal, and after some time, my payout was cancelled and my balance was wiped to 0. When I contacted live support, they kept replying with illogical nonsense, making up ridiculous excuses every single time:

Here is a short summary of their responses:

- "Your withdrawal got declined because you have already reached the withdrawal bonus limit."

- "The withdrawals from non-deposit money have limits and you reached the limit."

- "If you want to withdraw big winnings, you must do so with the money you deposited."

- "Please note that winnings obtained from non-deposit bonuses are subject to a maximum withdrawal limit of $50–$200, depending on several criteria. The final decision regarding the maximum payout amount will be made by our Fraud Team."

- "I cannot change that, I'm sorry. I know that you have to donate more than you have earned in free bonuses to avoid restrictions."

The absolute absurdity of all this is that I made a real money deposit and won, yet they are trying to convince me that I played with a "no-deposit bonus" and won without a deposit... Even though I have made four deposits on their site!

I have fully completed the verification process on their website.
I only played slots.
There is a mybc.game forum thread here with an official representative, but they haven't responded to me (and honestly, I don't think they ever will):

In fact, as I realized later, they had already scammed me on my very first deposit. I deposited $10, and they automatically credited me with a 100% deposit bonus and 10 free spins. I tried to cancel the bonus through chat before playing, but they told me it was impossible. o_O Eventually, I managed to clear the wagering requirements for both the 100% bonus and the 10 free spins, and requested a withdrawal of $300. They processed it... but they only paid me $50 instead of $300. Back then, I thought it might be fair because they claimed the 10 free spins were considered a "no-deposit bonus," so I accepted it...

But now I see the scam: how on earth can free spins be called "no-deposit" if they were given to me explicitly for making a deposit?!

Overall, it's crystal clear that Mybc.game is a scam. It's a shame that I am so "lucky" when it comes to these dubious projects, whereas this rarely happens to me at normal, reputable casinos.

I'm more interested in knowing the reason why you [and others, really] bother to play on casinos with questionable and yet-to-be-steady reputation rather than the one with solid and clean reputation. [I think this is the more reason why I need to push myself to complete and move my list to gambling section].

The representative of this casino hasn't been on the forum since the 13th of this month, and I'm very curious to know why you insisted on depositing money into this casino even though you never managed to make a single withdrawal, and every time you deposited money you managed to win a lot. I don't understand that. In most cases, as soon as people realize they haven't been able to withdraw, they stop using the casino immediately, and it's rare for people to make many deposits where each one yielded a profit.

This casino already has a complaint against them on CasinoGuro.

From what I see, they have no intention of resolving the open complaints against them on Casino Guro, but I advise you to file a complaint against them on Casino Guro anyway. We'll see how much longer the creator of their thread on this forum remains inactive or fails to respond before you create a flag.

It's simple, stupid, but simple – I was incredibly lucky at this casino; I haven't seen such a streak in a long time. And yet, they still withdrew $50 (instead of the $300 I won) from my first deposit (which included a 100% bonus and 10 free spins). So, I figured that if I continued to have this kind of luck without the bonus, there wouldn't be any restrictions to withdrawal. However, I lost the next two deposits, and only got lucky on my fourth.
And the fact that there was a thread on the forum and a representative on it inspired some confidence.
Yes, I am a gambler and often get carried away, so sometimes at obvious moments I can think irrationally

It's sad to see that they don't even respond to casinoguru and haven't resolved a single complaint
If the problem isn't resolved within 48 hours, I'm still going to file a complaint with ADR, specifically CADRE, which is the approved provider for resolving such issues with Anjouan-licensed casinos

The support rep who is probably underpaid for the hours they are working really does not have any information.  These sort of casinos block them out while only feeding them generic, unhelpful replies, hoping you will get tired of asking.

Unreputable casino with other scam accusations, chances of getting your winnings or your deposit back are very slim here. Making more reports will help tank their reputation and prevent anyone else from falling victim

Majority of those people putting out complaint in this forum about casinos scam are not actually in this forum.
They only come to this forum because they feel they can get solution through this board.

Some are in this forum but they don’t visit the scam accusation board, and when you don’t visit the scam accusation board you won’t know a casino that is good or bad.

Those set of people that usually visit this scam accusation board can’t use BC.game or any other casino that is always accused of scam in this board.

If people on this forum and not, can always visit the scam accusation board they won’t be having this kind of problem.

As far as I know, the famous BC.Game is actually infamous on this forum.
Lately, I've been mostly playing duel and stake. But sometimes I try out new casinos. As a rule, I start with small deposits at new casinos. If the experience is good, I’ll continue playing there.
Moreover, there was a representative on the  mybc.game topic, and besides a complaint about verification (which, by the way, I had no problems with), there was nothing particularly negative there
Besides, since I’m about 90% sure their rep won’t show up on this forum again and mybc.game will just ignore the complaint, you might get a chance to see how the Anjouan license actually holds up. I know the general consensus right now is that it’s pretty much useless. But hey, people used to say the same about Curacao licenses, and I’ve actually had two successful cases where they helped me sort things out with shady casinos.Plus, Anjouan now has a few verified ADR providers, which is quite encouraging. Either way, I’m not just going to let this slide. I’ve got plenty of free time on my hands, and I’m more than willing to spend it fighting this casino's unfair practices
