I'm aware that there are already Premier League threads, but as they tend to get very busy and therefore hard to follow and have any meaningful discussion there, I'm creating this "overflow" thread for more cozy discussion.
Let's see if it gets any traction.

The kickoff of the first game of the season is this Fri (21st August). Feel free to share your predictions for the first round and for the whole season.

After beating Man City in the FA Community Shield, Arsenal won their first trophy of the new season and are now a strong favourite against Coventry.
In contrast, the odds for Man City defeating Bournemouth are quite decent. Despite the 3-0 loss, Man City didn't have problems in creating scoring chances against Arsenal and the game was very even. Man City were unlucky in terms of converting, but this can change when they play at home.
