What do you mean by no KYC or non-custodial?
I am seeing an option for someone to sign up, and you also admit the service is custodial on the website. Which I think is the right description. Not the one you made in the post.



I checked out the privacy policy, and you do collect some user/business information. I am not sure if the service is really built for privacy.

Business information in these terms means showing the user's business logo and business name on the checkout page, as shown below.

So, it's optional for the user if they'd like to give out their business name, URL, or logo. We do not require them to do it.

Business logo and name are very important if the user would like to show their branding and let people know that they're making a payment to the right business they're trying to pay, if you know what I mean.
