STAKE INR DEPOSITS PENDING!! NO OFFICIAL HELP FROM STAKE

Hello, I made INR deposits of ₹500 and ₹2,000, but neither transaction went through. I then submitted the screenshots and transaction IDs for both payments, but I still haven’t received any response from them. I’m worried that I may have lost the money for nothing.
I understand that crypto can be a better option, but in India, we have issues with it. Previously, my bank account was frozen because I had made P2P transactions on a crypto exchange.
Can anyone help me get in touch with Stake? All I’m getting through the Help section are bot responses, and their official email support has apparently been discontinued.

You are unlikely to get any help from a Stake representative on this forum. It would be better to submit a complaint on AskGamblers (Stake Casino India) to get a quicker response from a Stake representative. INR deposit and withdrawal issues are very common nowadays at any casinos. Isn't there any risk of your account being frozen if you make transactions directly with a casino from your bank account?

I think you'd better open the case on CASINO Guru, since they're not active or responsive here. But 5 months ago, in the third latest resolved case in CASINO Guru, stake official make a reponse to the case. Worth to tried.

From what I bridged in the past and the most recent fresh-from-the-oven case, Bank Account Lien Resulting from INR Withdrawal from BcGame, yes, that two is a notorious situation for INR user who decided to use fiat instead of utilizing crypto anonimity.

Gambling is illegal in India, so funds received from the winning and withdrawal are "illegal", and to add merchants that tries to rob left and right by withholding transactions and [I dare to guess] use the cash flow for their other, personal, business instead of purely acting as "escrow", it's basically dancing very close to land mine.

when did you make the deposit? you should give them a bit of time to check/get to your case before you come to any conclusions.

and why do you think your bank account won't get frozen because of illegal gambling? crypto or INR, it's two sides of the same coin.

are you sure? their email support (support@stake.com) is not discontinued as far as i know.
