STAKE Scam , funds stucked from last 3YEARS

1100USDT Stucked with them .

I am struggling with them from Past 3Years , i deposited 500$ & place a bet , after i won that bet , my account is suspended & they told me to complete all the Verification levels , i completed till level 2 verification, but stucked on level 3 & 4 because whenever i submitted my past 3months Utility bills & My Bank Statement they always rejected them by giving silly reasons, but i kept trying , two weeks ago i submitted Bank Reference letter for Level 3 & Somehow level 3 was completed . And only Level 4 was left , so i am trying to pass the Level 4 & submitted My Bank statement along with the Loan Agreement. They rejected it .

NOW COME THE INTERESTING PART, THEY NOT ONLY REJECTED MY LEVEL 4 DOCUMENTS, BUT THEY ALSO REJECTED ALL MY VERIFICATION LEVEL INCLUDING LEVEL 1

I'm not trying to defend Stake or anything, but you'd probably have to eventually follow their request to verify your KYC starting from level 1 if you want to have a chance of getting your funds out of the casino.

Also, I saw that you posted on their thread. Don't expect them to respond here, but they do have someone who monitors this board and reports to their team if a complaint is made on this thread against their casino.

To bo honest i dont know what to say , i've see other people with same problem before, there must me some reason behind it , since i personally have withdrawal more than 2k usd ( in solana currency ) in the past and instanly arrived to my wallet , and to be sure i am not under any people code.

Dude, did you you even read what he wrote? He said that he completed up until level 3 before, so why are you talking about level 1?

Anyway, we have seen cases like this a couple of times, even one recently. Them rejecting documents for whatever reason is a quite common practice, no clue if the documents are just plain bad (or look fake) or what their problem is. They do't really care about cases like this on bitcointalk, they are so big now 1 complaint is not of interest for them. I know this sounds bad, and it is shady to say the least, but that's just how it is. You better bring this to some other place like maybe casinoguru or askgamblers, not sure though if stake is answering to them in any way. Good luck.

When things like this happened with stake in particular, it shows that the gambler is lacking consistency in his document he has been providing and that is where the needed him to start afresh all over again, if you are sure of what you have been providing truly align with what they have requested, they wouldnt have denied you of any advancements to achieve your required level, just try and start all over again, but ensure that all informations provided tally and are accurate as expected.

So advising him to start again kind of has 0 merit here since he has already done that obviously.

Just for you to know how stake works, for years now you MUST have level 1 and 2 to be able to even start and play on the site, KYC until level 2 is mandatory for a long time already. Without it they won't even show you a deposit address.

So without 1 and 2 he wouldn't even have been able to play before this happened. Them suddenly resetting is looks kinda strange.

Here's how I understand his post. When he said he already completed his level 1 and 2 verification, I am assuming this was in the past(before getting reset), and he was having trouble passing level 3 and 4 in the past too, but somehow 2 weeks ago, his level 3 verification got accepted, and when he tried to pass level 4 verification, it got rejected and stake.com decided to reset all his verification level(based on what he wrote in capslock). So, based on how I understood, I was assuming he would need to do verification from the start because, as he said, all his verification was rejected including level 1. As for whether he already verified level 1 and 2 again after it got reset, I am wasn't sure. Right now, I'm confused, would be nice if OP could maybe elaborate more.

Well, I noticed that your conversations with support don't have a date, only a time. So, could you post screenshots of emails where you contacted support 3 years ago, right after you realized you couldn't withdraw your money? Just 4 days ago I saw a guy who posted a very similar case to yours; he said his money has been stuck in his Stake account for 2 years and he didn't post any screenshots showing he spoke to support 2 years ago.

Three years isn't a short time; anyone would have given up a long time ago. So I believe you must have many photos from two years ago when you contacted support to resolve your problem.
