And we cannot call "turnover" is actual revenue or profit. $6B wager sounds enormous when you hear it. But it does not directly indicate how much money the developer actually earned with it.
yeah , i knew it, i just try to compare the shark with the fish, and somehow the fish getting bigger more than people imagine.
Anyway, have u heard Stake Engine before ? why its seems important to IGaming insdustry ?
If that's what you are asking, I have seen in one of the posts written by @Pavlo Agoshkov, I think your question matches what was written in one of these posts.
Posting Pavlo AgoshkovPoint, actually it doesn't seem important for the IGaming industry, the market shift that triggered the Stake Engine to rise to the top, so it seems that the IGaming industry prioritizes and is very important to promote the Stake Engine.
This situation cannot be separated from the influence of the very large Stake casino, which makes Stake Engine fly high.
ahhhh, his explanation kind of answered my question of some view, and now i've thinking stake want to be the first casino to lead casino operator to becoming a core technology platform on IGaming industry. Yeah , despite stake have everything right now, its just matter of time till people feel bored with big dev game, which it mostly as my view as a player just a re-skins game. Somehow stake created new era of Igaming. a simple concept with hashed seed which every game have individual client and server seed to easly verify each bet, well that kinda cool tbh.
well, the reason behind why this is important because mostly stake engine using provably fair system instead of "" Black Box Trust Model which it You cannot manually verify your spin. You have to blind-trust that the third-party auditor and the casino are running the RNG software fairly.
Your analysis is really interesting. I learned a lot.
But my most important correction is about provably fair. Just being provably fair does not make any game mathematically fair or any game with good EV. Provably fair basically gives you opportunity to verify outcome manipulation. But RTP or house edge of that game is different matter here. Again even though provably fair gives you round level verification but it alone will not prove whether the advertised odds or entire implementation is correct.
Another interesting point is that I saw that Stake Engine games use static outcome files. Where possible outcomes, probability and payout multiplier will be defined. And the outcome will be selected according to simulation weighting in betting round. So I think it should not be called a "completely trustless casino out of the black box." Those who will work with it should first take a good look at its implementation and verification mechanism.
well, i like ur opinion, if we put RTP and house edge on the menu, based on math , there is no better from both of them, neither stake engine or casual RNG such as prag. let me explain about my view.
lets try create a game , lets say hunting fish, and put that game on 2 diffrent engine, one is from stake and another on casual engine. now, let 200 people play on that game, 100 each both side, and based on my theory here is the diffrence.
people who play with stake engine have 100 random seed which every seed has been settled before they play which it it cant be changed after seed created, and for the last 100 people have Real-Time State Machine (Dynamic RNG) , which it probably can change as the Variable per casino operator (RTP ranges) can go up or down anytime.
