Before an app appears on you device it means that it was installed by you except you set automatic installation of apps on your device.
How does yellow and red light from your device indicate that someone is tracking your coins? Device lights appears when there is a notification that is pending and not because your crypto are being tracked.

Simply go offline with your crypto (wallet) address been anonymous and you'll avoid all this troubles, it's only when a particular address has been locked to you that they can target it by spamming you links or send you a malware. When it's been preached like a sermon for we to stay anonymous online, we think it's a waste of advice. Your address shouldn't be easy to identify and even though they finally do then it shouldn't be where all your investments are and if possible nothing should be stored on your active wallet that you use to do some online tasks.
