No KYC platform is a term for casinos that do not ask for KYC ever.

If I choose a No KYC platform it is because I do not want to send you my documents to get leaked, do you not agree?

And if I choose to play in your casino because of the big "No KYC Casino" text then I will be very mad and feel scammed if you ask for KYC for a random reason, do you not agree?

Please remove the No KYC term from your page and site, because it is very misleading. "No KYC" is not a marketing word, but many casinos started to use it as one.
I see that the team answered about that, explained about their reasons of why they decided to continue with "No KYC" for their title, and it's just fine with them. Honestly, even I disagree with them as you can see with my posts, but I think it's enough for discussion about that.

There are two pages so far, and there are questions about that, then recommendations from community, as well as how the Reels.io team determinant move next with "No KYC", and just move on guys.

I really don't think we will need to discuss about it in the future, as if anyone visit this announcement thread, with only two pages and about 40 posts, they can read and find posts about "No KYC" discussion, and it's enough information for to read and make their own thinking as well as decisions.

If you think it is enough, you do not need to stay for the discussion Smiley

My opinion is that they need to change that or they are misleading the players. Just because they "answered" does not mean we need to move on.

You are helping them by asking others to stop talking about this. They will keep posting promotions here to bury the discussion while users will play and receive a warning "your bet is suspicious so you need to send your documents".

We’re not asking anyone to stop the discussion, and we’re always open to feedback. We’ve simply clarified our position above: KYC is not required by default, but verification may be requested in specific cases when required for security or compliance with our Terms. We believe we’ve been transparent about this.

Could you tell us what you think about my last message?

If I choose a No KYC platform it is because I do not want to send you my documents to get leaked, do you not agree?

And if I choose to play in your casino because of the big "No KYC Casino" text then I will be very mad and feel scammed if you ask for KYC for a random reason, do you not agree?

And please if you could answer:

1. Do you think it is right to use NO KYC as a marketing word?

2. What prevents you from hiding behind your Terms to ask for KYC and make privacy users forfeit earnings?

3. If you ask for KYC for "compliance" and the user does not want to do KYC, will you freeze and steal the funds or you will at least return them?

For 3, probably without the earnings, I would say? So your house edge is bigger because you need to worry about KYC and forfeiting the earnings? Smiley

Do you think this is fair to your players?

Look, your casino platform is not like this, you can improve your casino platform through promotion. If it gains trust, then you can definitely get good positive feedback through promotion, but anyway, in my opinion, your casino platform is very good.

But among the teams that can win here, I can predict that Tottenham will win, because they will be able to perform well in their own home field. And Newcastle are not able to maintain their current performance, so I will not bet on them, I want to bet on Tottenham.

As we explained above, our position remains the same: Reels.io is a No KYC platform, meaning KYC is not required by default. However, verification may be requested in specific cases when required for security, compliance, or under our Terms & Conditions.
This becomes an English analysis and understanding. Once you make mention of "No KYC" it becomes automatic from beginning to the end and there will be no symptom of KYC at any level but if you add some clauses or phrases that "there is No KYC when  a gambler withdrawing from the minimum withdrawal amount to $1000, then people will understand and follow up the rules but whereby you made mentioned of "No KYC " and when the person wants to withdraw huge amount, you started asking of KYC which you have already said No KYC, it doesn't make sense on that note and this is where people are not always comfortable with this kind of casino or statement.

There was a casino came here and said "there is No KYC in cryptocurrencies but there is KYC in fiat currencies now this is very clear for anyone who wants to use any of the currencies. If you are using fiat, you will passthrough KYC but if it is cryptocurrency you withdraw without KYC. This are very simple things to write. You just need to make things clearly for people to understand, that is all. There is no big deal on this issue but you guys are making it deficult for gamblers.

But can we start to establish a common understanding and normalize the idea that if you see a big "no-KYC" advertisement from a licensed casino, it means KYC-free access is limited to enjoying the services, rather than reaping financial benefits? I feel that "no-KYC" advertising is truly implemented in the full sense only by unlicensed casinos.

Both licensed and unlicensed casinos have been making use of the no kyc idea to attract players to their casinos but the obvious truth about this can be seen in their terms. If you check most of the TOS of these casinos that are adding no Kyc to their headings, you will be surprised that they are not really no kyc because they will often ask for your data at their own convenience.
Anytime I see no Kyc on most of these casinos, I don't getting intrigued to jump on them because if you check their TOS, you will see a different explanation.

What about renaming from "No KYC casino" to "No KYC to register" or "No KYC to play"?

This way you know you can register and play without KYC but KYC can be required in some cases. I think this is a honest way to say your casino is almost-NO-kyc but you should not play if you do not want to send your documents ever.

The same way you can think about a food company saying "NO almond is included" so people that are allergic to almond will buy your product, but in the terms they say "actually in some cases there will be almond". Sad

We’re not asking anyone to stop the discussion, and we’re always open to feedback. We’ve simply clarified our position above: KYC is not required by default, but verification may be requested in specific cases when required for security or compliance with our Terms. We believe we’ve been transparent about this.

If so, then what is the difference between your casino rising the NoKYC, and other KYC casinos? KYC casinos also don't ask for KYC verification by default and just wait for a suspicion to do so. Now you are just trying to use this NoKYC mark as a promotional material, thinking that it can bring more traffic from users looking for more privacy, which are the most attractive niche for casinos. Unfortunetly this becomes an old fashioned trend in bitcointalk and community here know how to identify the good from the bad.

Thanks for sharing your opinion. We understand your point, but we’ve already clarified what No KYC means at Reels.io and under which exceptional circumstances verification may be required. We don’t hide these conditions — they are clearly stated in our Terms.

We respect that some members of the community may define “No KYC” differently, but we prefer to be transparent about how our platform actually operates

Yes, it is true that if you want to get community support, the security of your casino platform is the most important thing, if the rules and regulations of your casino platform are properly set for the gamblers and the gamblers like it, then your casino platform will be at the top of the popularity ladder.
And more people will deposit, so it is most important to have more privacy regarding KYC and security.

It is not about that some members define it differently but it is you who wants to define it differently. Just say that you are a KYC casino and you are good to go. You are using the NOKYC slogan to define a KYC service which is so misleading for those who want to protect their privacy. Take into consideration that most of users won't read KYC after seeing the promotion banner saying that this is a NOKYC casino. And most of them won't read the discussion here to understand your clarification.

Would you mind to explain about these challenge? Looking at the number of reward and its wager requirement, it looks like a really great offer.
Just for example for the challenge 1, it is written that required wager is $6250 and the reward is $250.
It is as simple as what is written in your page or there is another terms behind this challenge like wagering requirement attached to the reward?
Or it is as simple as that I will be rewarded $250 once I managed to wager $6250 then I can do whatever I wish with the reward?
