Great to see that you're following our activities and thank you for raising these points.
First of all, we would like to clarify an important point regarding KYC. Reels.io does not require mandatory KYC verification as part of the standard registration process or regular use of the platform. However, this does not mean that verification cannot be requested in certain cases.
As stated in our Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to request identity verification when additional checks are necessary for security, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, or to confirm account ownership.
We would also like to address the use of the term “scam” in relation to the cases mentioned above.
The mere fact that a negative review or complaint has been published does not necessarily mean that the version of events presented in it is complete or objective.
Our internal investigations identified specific violations of the platform’s Terms and Conditions, including activities that were classified by our security systems as abuse of the service. The actions taken in relation to these accounts were based on the findings of those investigations.
We cannot publicly disclose all details of such investigations, as they involve information related to our internal security procedures and the activity of individual users. However, when a formal complaint is reviewed through an appropriate dispute-resolution platform, we are prepared to provide moderators with the relevant supporting information to the extent permitted.
We remain open to constructive criticism and are prepared to discuss specific cases based on the facts and the applicable Terms and Conditions.
I don't know why you changed threads, but I hope that in this new thread you can achieve your goals and provide good service. Speaking of providing good service, I see that your casino has had some scam accusations against it. For example, the Trustpilot case.
August 2026: There was one scam accusation; someone accused your casino of not paying out when winning a large amount. The response from your casino representative was that the person's account underwent additional review and that the withdrawal could not be processed, and all winnings were voided. They didn't specify the exact reason, only mentioning something vague like "rules."
June 2026: There was one scam accusation again; someone complained about having their winnings confiscated. This refers to something I mentioned in your previous thread about posting "No KYC Casino" on this forum, while there's nothing about "No KYC Casino" in the terms of service. See the scam accusation made by the person against your casino:

https://www.trustpilot.com/review/reels.ioI still don't understand, what's the point of posting on this forum that the casino is No KYC when the terms of service state KYC and that they'll ask for KYC when someone wins a lot? Wouldn't it be better to simply omit the "No KYC" part and be direct about eventually asking for KYC, explaining that they are a KYC casino but don't request documents when creating an account, but may ask at any time? That way, everyone would be aware that it's a KYC casino and should be prepared for KYC.
