My understanding is that, one is either KYC or No KYC! They can't be something in the middle. Companies here promoting themselves as NO KYC and later asking it's users for KYC info under suspicious activity / special cases, this is not right at all! Personally I have nothing against a casino being KYC based, but I would still appreciate a little transparency or honesty. I know nowadays it has become a marketing gimmick to say NO KYC but still nobody should use this term lightly.
I agree, KYC or no KYC, it's only like that.
I know that there are platforms where people can register accounts, use their accounts with full features before hitting an account trading and withdrawal limit, then KYC will be triggered. If people don't notice that term and pay attention on their accumulative trading volume, they will be shocked when KYC appears.
Then there are other terms like KYC will only be required if we see suspicious activities with your account, so with such terms, people must prepare that KYC can come anytime.
Btw, I asked their support for info on KYC, and what I received wasn't helpful at all. I simply don't understand why won't they answer a simple question without registering first. Different day, different casino, same old template answer.

This support is not helpful for people who are only guests but have intention to become customers but before that, they need to confirm some important information that they failed to find or fully understand by searching and reading on Reels.io site.
Asking people to register accounts, log in accounts before asking for customer supports can possible keep guests away.
If they don't want to support guests, they need to change their chat box, like it is only accessible with people who have accounts, and already log in accounts. If it's a guest, the chat box will show a notification, and stop there.
