Bc game transferred disputed amount

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the ₹28,500 amount that I withdrew from my BC.Game account. The amount was transferred to my bank account; however, it has now been put on hold by the Cyber Police due to a cyber complaint associated with the transaction.
As the amount is currently under dispute and I am unable to access or use the funds, I request BC.Game to refund/reverse the ₹28,500 amount to my BC.Game account or provide an appropriate resolution from your end.
I have used my own funds on the platform, and I did not knowingly participate in any fraudulent activity. Since the transaction has resulted in a cyber complaint and the funds have been placed on hold, I request BC.Game to investigate the matter urgently and assist in resolving the issue.
Please provide me with a written confirmation regarding the refund/reversal and let me know if you require any documents or information from my side.
I request you to treat this matter as urgent, as the ₹28,500 is currently inaccessible due to the cyber complaint.

Their support is horrible as I have shared all the proof and relevant details with them however they are deliberately
Ignoring my request , please help me  in fighting with these bc game scammers as I will appreciate you so much
