We upgraded the backend database to permanently store a rolling 24-hour history for every single miner. You no longer have to leave your browser tab open all day to build a chart—you get beautiful, accurate long-term history charts the second you load the page.

🎨 Custom TARCOIN UI:
A complete visual refresh with the TARCOIN Gold theme. It cleanly unifies both our Shared Pool (Port 3333) and Solo Pool (Port 3334) into one easy-to-read page.

🔗 Fully Synced Network Stats:
The pool dashboard is now fully integrated with our Blockchain Explorer and Network APIs, meaning you can see network hashrate, block height, and your exact solo mining odds all in real-time.

🚀 Massive Network Update & Stress Test Survived! 🚀

What a crazy weekend for the Tarcoin network! Today, the network was hit with a massive 16 Petahash (16,000+ TH/s) rented hashpower stress test via a community "Ticket Party" pool event.

Our Dark Gravity Wave (DGW) algorithm worked flawlessly. It perfectly adjusted the network difficulty up to over 20 Million to absorb the massive industrial power, and smoothly recovered the block times for our Bitaxe miners when the whale hashpower disconnected. The blockchain is rock solid!

🛠️ Development Update: We also successfully pushed a core update to the official pool software today to fully support AsicBoost (BIP320)! Industrial ASICs and Bitaxe miners utilizing AsicBoost version-rolling can now mine on the network flawlessly with zero rejected shares.

The network is incredibly healthy and stabilizing around a baseline of 80-90 TH/s. If you have a Bitaxe sitting around, come point it at one of our community pools and grab some solo blocks!

Tarcoin (TAR) has been officially reviewed and merged into the global SatoshiLabs SLIP-0044 registry. SatoshiLabs (the creators of the Trezor hardware wallet) maintains the strict global cryptographic standard for legitimate blockchains, and Tarcoin has been permanently assigned Coin Type 5050.

A Fully Unified Wallet Ecosystem Because we secured this global standard early, every single wallet in the Tarcoin ecosystem is completely synchronized. Tarcoin Core Qt (Windows, Linux, macOS), our Android App, and the Web Wallet all natively use the 5050 derivation path.

This means you can generate a 12-word seed phrase on the Web Wallet and seamlessly restore your funds on your PC, Mac, or Android device without a single issue.

Just found this thread and pointed my rig at it yesterday. Getting really solid payouts on the official pool so far. Glad to finally see a new SHA-256 coin that actually supports Bitaxes and home ASICs. Difficulty is still low enough to hit blocks if anyone else is thinking about jumping in.

Just wanted to drop a quick update for anyone watching this project—the community Discord is going crazy right now! We just had a new miner join and hit a solo block with a NerdQX (BM1370) in under an hour, and one of the pool operators actually doubled the reward out of his own pocket just to celebrate. 🤯

The mining difficulty is still in that sweet spot where solo mining on small open-source ASICs is actually viable and fun. If you have a Bitaxe, Nerdminer, or an older SHA256 rig lying around, you should definitely point it at TAR right now.
