You and community raised your concern and idea for improvements, then Frogbet listened to these, and took action properly. At least with this notification enforcement after community talked about it, Frogbet team truly shown that they're open-minded and ready for necessary changes on their site in order to serve customers as best as possible.

My wagered amount is too low at Frogbet this week. Still, I have won $3 from the weekly race with 357th rank. I thought Frogbet had a lot more users than LuckyAnon, but I'm surprised by having the 357th rank in the current weekly race with a very low wager.

Maybe it will change next weeks and you will no longer be too lucky with very low wager like the latest week.

But thinking about it more, this could get abused if it stays like this. Someone could just make multiple accounts and place small wagers on each one to farm that prize again and again, and over time it would end up rewarding farmers instead of regular players.

Having a page for checking information and stats of previous weekly contests can help users to have overviews about their previous participation and results. Then they can analyze something, figure out things they can improve, and possibly find motivation for joining next weekly contests.

Stats are important for users to change their bet habits, strategies especially when they intend to join contests and have to compete with other gamblers and contest participants. Generally as Frobet team are hosting a review campaign, they have received many ideas for improvement and with their actions recent weeks, they are ready for changes, and are able to do necessary improvements for a better service to Frogbet users.

It's their regular weekly wager race. You can claim your prize in the race page. But, if your last wager was on august 27, then sadly you do not qualify for the previous week. The one before that, yeah, but prize has probably expired.

Did they just apply this update recently,  because i had received a similar amount but didn't see this kind of email, very strange..maybe I need to toggle a few buttons on my dashboard for such emails to come through..anyway we wait for community support to .give us some updates as they are mia at the moment.

Basically what was done in the sister site should be taken as an example or a lesson to learn for frogbet but unfortunately frogbet do the same thing. Reward for wager race will be better if it is credited to user's account automatically after the race ended. I cant understand why they make it a bit complicated where users need to claim it manually. If frogbet want to keep this system, they should consider to add pop up notification or send email to winners as well as give a longer expiration time for the reward to avoid complaint from users who do not visit the site at the time the race ends.

Even if they want the players to claim the reward manually, the reward should not expire, and the players should be able to claim their deserved reward months later. I understand that this could be their strategic policy to make the players more active on their casino, but I don't think the players like this system.

Also, even if this is a strategy, they should send an email to the players about the reward. The players return this way, and they don't feel cheated. Personally, I would say that I would feel cheated if the casino never let me claim my earned prize. The casino should remember that it is not a bonus, but an earned prize.

Usually expiration applied for bonus and similar things, not with money you won from any contest especially if users don't get notified about their rewards, so that they can claim it.

Asking users like if you joined a contest, you have full responsibility to check whether you win it is too harsh and like a trap.

Users need to be notified about what they are eligible to claim, one way or another, or both, because without notifications to users, it looks like a cheating plan from casinos when they want to take away rewards users should be eligible to claim.

Setting up expiration without notifications for users is not a good way to treat users if a business actually consider "Customers first".

$500 is not a small amount it might be that they have a certain group to received the $3.00. But I most say this amount is too small for $500 wagering. But if it is for $10-30, it is okay. This will not encourage big players like you. Or if possible they have to make the positions with their wagering requirement and amount visible to the players so everyone will know what to and not like this when someone wager $100-$600 and still receive $3.00 as weekly reward. It doesn't make sense.

Sad to know this. maybe the should change the approach like allow the users to claim the rewards manually and there would be no expiry date for the claimed rewards. This is what I have seen some casino do. Just making a rush decision to nullify someone's price is unfair and it means the contest was not done in good faith.
