To start with, I’d try getting rid of the 10-cent minimum bid. Set it to 1 cent, at least. It would be great to have a chat feature for players to communicate.

Checking your ToS, there are restricted territories, and VPNs, proxies and locations that all lead to existing enforcement of KYC at any time but I see it's not strange. KYC nowadays is very popular, even it's dangerous for privacy, it's good to see your transparent terms about that and your casino does not use buzz word like no or free KYC.

I've tried few VIP transfer program, what I can say is that VIP transfer works differently on a site to another although the main point is basically the same.
Checked this one but not many information I can find, only a $200 deposit requirement then contact support in order to apply.
It is written here that we will get higher level account than in other casinos but of course I havent tried it due to the minimum deposit requirement which can be said as a bit bigger than other similar program.
From my own experience, there is only one with crazy terms (I dont want to mention the name) while others mostly having common reasonable/acceptable terms.

I see that your terms of service say you have a license from Anjouan. So would you mind showing us this license?

Regarding your casino, the terms of service state that you have a license issued by the Government of the Autonomous Islands of Anjouan, so any dispute should involve the court of the Autonomous Islands of Anjouan, as they are the ones who issued the license for your casino. but, according to what I read in your terms of service, " 3-102-940062 SRL " is the company that created the casino, was created in Costa Rica and therefore any dispute must be in the court of Costa Rica. So you have proof that you created a company named "3-102-940062 SRL" in Costa Rica so that when people want to complain they can go to that company in Costa Rica?

Last year there was a casino with a very similar name to your casino, I'm talking about " Froggybet " which has many accusations of being a scam, as you can see here:

What good is bypassing the lower levels? I lose all the easy bonuses and have to wager a shitload to get to the next level on the transfer? Where does that benefit me? Just to claim some small weekly/monthly? Doesn't really feel like the smart play for an actual player. We don't even know if you are a legit operation yet so depositing $200 seems a little risky no?

Slots, Blackjack, Live Casino, etc. But if I scroll down on the homepage to the casino and sportsbook banners and click on those, I get a pop-up asking me to register. If I go further down and get to the 'Frogbet Originals', clicking on those games works just fine. The same is true for 'Exclusive Slots.' However, I get a registration pop-up again when I click on anything under 'Popular Games.'

I haven't checked the other categories further down the site but I think you get the point I was trying to make when I said inconsistencies.

They do have a valid license btw. You can verify it through the anjouangaming's official site and that anjouan.json file.

And it seems like total 2 casino are operating under the same license, luckyanon and frogbet, no wonder their design and everything looked somewhat somewhere similar to me (some parts).

That case seems pretty self explanatory. We have clear evidence and asked him repeatedly to either open with an ADR or have a trusted member from this community agree to receive and review the evidence and he never proceeded with either.
