I have a question regarding the rules of x5 wager. What if I deposit more than 50$, Do I need to wager all my balance to x5 wager or just the 50$ minimum deposit required for this promotion?

Usually, it doesn't matter how much you deposit (you just go ahead and do your review), and that's it. They might even deposit a certain amount into your casino wallet. But it's somewhat curious that you have to wager 5x, since even though they guarantee a $50 payout post-review, you can end up with just one review and zero profit.  

That said, I thought you had already received an answer, but I've taken your question as a reference. I suppose it's exactly as we thought: 5x, review, 1x,without bonus, and 35x with bonus.

I have not tried this casino but I think having a 5x wagering requirement is fair enough for people that are serious with playing games and claiming their bonus. The Dice idea was just an example strategy to use a high win chance so the wager gets done faster. That's right, there's a rule to wager 5x across at least 5 different original games, but from the campaign terms, it doesn't say each game needs to reach 5x wagering on its own. So the main thing is to complete the 5x wager first on whichever original game feels easiest to reach, then play a few other original games to cover the minimum 5 game requirement.

I created an account on your website and took a quick look at your original games. When checking the Dice provably fair system, something didn’t seem right. The provably fair page shows the current client and server seeds and the total number of bets, but the issue is with the "Rotate Seed Pair" section.
It’s true that you can enter a new client seed, but the "Next Server Seed" shows the same server seed as the current one. When you click "change" a different server seed is used! If the user doesn’t know the new server seed before setting the client seed, then the system is flawed. Am I missing something?

So, perhaps if your country isn't officially restricted from accessing their site, then using a VPN to access their site wouldn't be a problem.
The question is, why does that warning appear when you try to access their casino? Does the warning come from the casino itself? Or does it come from your ISP, which is blocking them?
ISP blocking does happen sometimes, especially if the gaming authority in your country has ordered them to do so, just like what's been happening lately here in the Philippines.

I don't know why I was getting the error. I was getting the error message from Frogbet itself, not from the ISP.
Just for info, I once again tried to access Frogbet without any VPN, and I was able to access the website without any warning messages/issues. I am now confused as well. Now I am doubting whether multiple VPNs were running on my device, as I often use a two-layer VPN. I use WARP+ at first, then Surfshark VPN. Both VPN remains connected for a long time unless I pause them or stop the connection. I remember that I switched off Surfshark; now I feel like my WARP was probably turned ON. Warp provides a Singapore IP, which is a restricted region on Frogbet. So, I think this was the case.

That multi layered VPN solution you described is most likely the root cause of this warning message. FYI, I have accessed their site on multiple occasion at different time, and none of those visits gave me any warnings or any indication that I wasn't allowed. It is good that you deleted your review application. You aren’t a real gambler if you can’t wager your deposits 5 times only on the in-house games. And I doubt you would have been able to write a review worth $50.

They didn't offer me anything except just upgrading my VIP rank. You will be promoted to a higher VIP rank only if you try Frogbet VIP transfer offer. This is similar to the VIP transfer system which I experienced on Yeet.com.
