What's so many people don't understand is that the moment they keep on entertaining the fear of missing out by the market reaction they see over the volatility, then it's triggers to the sell of the market at loss instead of holding to allow the time pass and then experience back the surge in price, all the strategies the wheels are using we only harvest our assets to their portfolio living us at loss except we are wise enough to hold even when the market is falling.

Just after a month and a couple of weeks, from $72k price it's now $84k and changes up to $86k.
And it's not blackrock that we should wait to say such thing for bitcoins bullishness.

The cycle is still ongoing and this has been happening for several times. We get the idea already that even it falls 50% from ATH or more, it always recovers.

Those who are reliant with their words or any financial institution might get that encouragement. But to us, how long have we been holding? whatever they say about their bullishness or bearishness towards Bitcoin, we'll continue to hold and there's no one that's going to change our minds by having it.

Because it's hard to control. When they see some trends and news that are bothering them, they'll first react of being scared to it. So any market action that they see and it's not on their favor, they'll create fear to themselves which IMO is normal. But the longer that it stays to us, it can become permanent and it will affect our decision making. We've entered into investing and we have understand that it's a very high risk and highly volatile market, should one invest they should be prepared for what's coming and the changes of many things as they continue to hold. They are free to sell at losses and panic but, one time they'll realize how bad that reaction is.

That is why a "buy and hold" strategy requires knowledge. Many investors are newcomers, and the problem is that they sometimes have unrealistic expectations. I have never seen anyone going to the market to buy a commodity and doesn't take into consideration the price of it. Bitcoin is no exception.  Don't call it the biggest mistake. We all have our strategy please

Even after the market has dropped more than 50% from the highest ATH, we are very confident in Bitcoin and expect its price to rise again. The amount of Bitcoin that Black Rock has invested is certainly optimistic that it will make a lot of profit from it in the future, and its assets will be protected. For long term investors, yes, but there are a traders here in our  community that might be really concern on short term prices. That's why the moment the price goes down, they are very much concern about it as they can't squeeze profits.

However, majority here doesn't trade or at least find it difficult to do because you have to spend a lot of your time and you need to learn technical analysis so that you can read the graphs and anticipate where the price will go to make profits.

It makes sense, for me such thoughts are directed and promising speculation in the future.
When such speculations are ripe in our minds to invest in Bitcoin, we only think of three positive things to convince ourselves.

1. Invest by allocating cold funds when buying Bitcoin, the investment we make automatically will not interfere with our finances for living needs.
2. Invest in the DCA method by purchasing Bitcoin regularly.
3. This is what must be paid attention to, focusing on long-term investment, no matter the phenomenon of price fluctuations in the market, one long-term goal.

When such a strategy has been implemented, adopt an optimistic attitude, whatever the challenges, remain optimistic in the halving cycle which will occur every 4 years.

It's worth noting, however, that BlackRock's confident prediction does not mean the recovery of Bitcoin is going to be swift. Investors can change their stances in the ETFs and no institutional confidence can save them from further losses. If big investment corporations like Blackrock are still bullish and confident in their investment, Private investors like you and I can learn from them and copy their investment behavior and encourage ourselves to hold on to our investment a little bit longer because these investment companies have more than one expert analysts who are professionals in the field and if these professionals are piloting and pushing the company towards investing in Bitcoin and holding for the positive returns later in the future it's an indication that we should do the same and not act the opposite direction. Even if not at the value expected, btc will still make a turn and set a new ATH, we should keep investing.

Investors don’t really have business with checking the bitcoin charts, what they need to focus on is them making sure that their funds are safe and they managing the funds well in their portfolio. Checking the chart is for traders who wants to analyze the market movement and not for investors. Always. I am very optimistic that it will happen, but I didn't have any idea how soon, and I was actually surprised that it is now. I was crazy with the back-and-forth, but I believe those who hodl are now happy that they did.
Well, it's not like it's going to dip that far because many institutional investors are invested on it. Plus, the ETF is not going anywhere, so it's a big thing to help it survive a grand fall. Unlike before, it could really shock many investors when the dump happens.

Me either, no idea of how sooner it will recover.
But with how the things look recently, I think that this is a better thing than to see it drop in prices even more often.
We are witnessing how resilient bitcoin always is and no matter how much percentage it drops from the ATH it has reached.
And maybe just one news again from the big institutions of either selling or buying, it's going to move it somehow.

This is generally the fact, Bitcoin is only Bullish to those of them who doesn't give much attention to the naysayer's who panic at every point in time there is a movement below their entry point or even below their point of expectations. This is one aspect that all investors should take note of and develope their minds towards as it will be of great help to them.

I believe that Blackrock is saying that they are still looking Bullish despite the Sharp drop of price that Bitcoin has experienced in the past seven to eight months now.

For sure this is your prerogative but I argue we are victims to our own fears.   Humans are so alike in this way that the market moves can resemble the dynamics of a sheep flock or a herd of cattle, we're all chasing each other for safety.  

   We can say smart things and attempt to outdo our fears and possible mistakes in fearing a lower price etc. or alternatively what consistently works is the Dollar cost average method.
  Simply removing control to a simple method somehow works, proving we the speculators and hopeful investors often tend to make some kind of average mistake.

There are plenty of reasons to sell, like taking profit, allocation, rebalancing portfolio...There's more than one way to make money in market, and being bullish doesn't mean you have to keep buying and never sell.

Still, you're right on one thing . We shouldn't invest in Bitcoin just because of some statement or because a financial institution is bullish. DYOR , and invest based on your own understanding of Bitcoin's potential.
