On one hand the world continues dumping the dollar (dedollarisation)
On another hand the energy prices are soaring and Petrodollar (ie. the only thing that has kept the Ponzi scheme known as US economy afloat) has taken the biggest hit after Iran destroyed most of U.S. CENTCOM in retaliation for American Terrorism
On yet another hand the US government has been rapidly creating debt and sinking into a financial crisis

So it is not wonder after the news of US national debt smashing through the $40,000,000,000,000 ($40 trillion), we are seeing a massive rally in all hard assets and energy markets:
Gold: 5.4%
Silver: 9.5
Bitcoin: 24%
Oil: 6.8%

Fiat is slowly failing. See my past 2 topics from last 2 years:
2024: Every time a new Bitcoin Block is found, US prints $69 million!!!
2025: Every time a new Bitcoin Block is found, US prints almost $100 million!!!

It's just gonna get worse and lucky for us, we have an "exit" option called Bitcoin, and it has been being sold at a discount for the past couple of months. However, over the past 3 days that discount is shrinking and it is shrinking fast...  Cool

A lot of Bitcoin advocates including BlackHatCoiner have been shouting since that Bitcoin is the only worthy currency to hold and never fiat. Those who heed those advice must have realized the peace that comes with trusting Bitcoin against fiat that is obviously doomed to inflation and endless printing. The recent buyback strategy of the US debt is the eye opener to people that fiat is not worth holding.

One beautiful thing about Bitcoin is that when it wants to move, nothing beats the speed.  When other assets are gaining my single digits,  Bitcoin is already flying in double digits with no sign of slowing down. It is not late to buy more because we might still just be in the dip.

Honestly with the way the US government debt is rising and investors increasingly looking towards scarce assets bitcoin. The government should be really scared that serious inflation is coming sooner than they expect. Does holding bitcoin safe us from this shit? I doubt, it can only reduce the impact of the inflation in our daily activities but it’s just beyond holding bitcoin.
However, it’s quite a privilege to take advantage of the down side before all this correction started, at least we will not cry that much like those that were still waiting for the lowest price of bitcoin to be around $40k

I may not considered that as lucky hehe but as strategic as bitcoin enthusiast. Yeah if the price keeps getting higher the earpy birds the last few months are so fortunate. If only I didnt have such personal situation I shouldnt have sold my bitcoin bags.

The way how the current situation looks like, it clearly states that the market now is reacting on the heavy stress experiencing by USD now. When their debts rise up, many people tried to go away from USD, then energy prices became so volatile, then the hard assets like Bitcoin and gold became a safe haven asset for investor.

What market currently shows is not just a random hype. But rather we have seen the capital of investors moves to those scarce asset.

Bitcoin got lots of benefit on current situation, because this asset is unique and have fix supply that's why many investors love to add this on their portfolios.

What I am excited about is ETH performance, if you look the chart very carefully it seems like ETH is outperforming anything else,, this will serve as a lesson to all those who believed that we haven't bottomed yet.

I'm glad for making decisions to DCA into Bitcoin and also keep doing it every week,  if this is truly the end of this bear market then I won't miss out on anything.

Interesting data, so that means every time US debt increases and people see it as something negative, some may turn to Bitcoin as a safe haven.

Well, I think that makes sense because governments can print more paper money and influence the monetary system, while Bitcoin has a fixed supply and is decentralized. If that debt is not managed properly, eventually ordinary people will feel the effects through things like inflation.

I can't imagine what the future will look like, but for me it's still safer to have some Bitcoin in the wallet, at least as another way to reduce risk and protect against inflation.

The United States dollar is even better than the currency that we are spending in my country, but all together none is safe from inflation among the local currencies. The government created them and devalue them when they wish to make people lose. I prefer to fully have my money in bitcoin and I'm valuable assets than saving fiat. So not some of my money on valuable assets like bitcoin, but almost all my money.

US dollar is not better than any other country currency, they're all the same thing. US Dollar appears to look more good than other because they outsmart others in the global market setting a policy that allows their currency to be accepted everywhere. Other countries are forced to have US dollars as their reserves which make it to be the most demanded currency. They succeed to design the system that make their currency to appear as a king. With their cunning system, they can never outsmart inflation. Now there's rumor they're planning to buy 10% of entire bitcoin supply using federal taxes. I'm yet to verify the information but I remember the saying "if you can not beat them, you join them".

It's just gonna get worse and lucky for us, we have an "exit" option called Bitcoin, and it has been being sold at a discount for the past couple of months. However, over the past 3 days that discount is shrinking and it is shrinking fast...  Cool

And isn't it we have been lucky since we join Bitcoin? Majority could have been in the market in 2016-2020, so we have been blessed to find Bitcoin and even in the worst black swan event the history of mankind, the covid-19, we all survived that and still thriving.

So even if the world market got worse in the next couple of years, with our smart investment in Bitcoin, we pass that test again. So if there is a safe haven that has proven itself thru many events, it should be Bitcoin and we are all in for that great ride.

Some will tell you that us is printing more Fiat to pump Bitcoin, this is what they don't understand about the policy with the traditional system they run, you cannot keep on printing the more and expected the market to be stabilized, they are the ones behind the reason why inflation is always impeding the economy by its incidents, bitcoin does not work by such system and pattern, this is why you cannot see bitcoin being influenced by inflation, United State of America still stand as if they are not in debt, despite their global involvements in order dispute and affairs around the world, they still top among those in debt, they would have got it the hard way by the sporadic pump of Bitcoin market price $64,000 to $79,000.

It's just gonna get worse and lucky for us, we have an "exit" option called Bitcoin

If it gets worse, then I won't say we are lucky. For the context that we have a hedge against inflation in Bitcoin, then yeah, we might be lucky, but when it gets worse, inflation will get worse and we would be the ones to suffer it.

US dollar is not better than any other country currency, they're all the same thing. US Dollar appears to look more good than other because they outsmart others in the global market setting a policy that allows their currency to be accepted everywhere. Other countries are forced to have US dollars as their reserves which make it to be the most demanded currency.

You just went ahead to explain why the USD is better than other currencies after saying "the US dollar is not better than other currencies". Think what you will about the US, the dollar is still the dominant currency right now, and that is a reality. You can say it's failing and all, but the fact remains that the dollar is better than most currencies of the world right now, and it is certainly better than mine.

Gold is not even a safe bet anymore because it has topped out, I think Bitcoin is a better safer place than Gold right now, as for Bitcoin we can't keep pumping, there will be some retracements.

What do you mean by gold has topped out"?
Do you expect a $30 trillion asset to move like a $1.5 trillion asset? Gold is at around $4500 right now, we saw it fall from $5k, so are you saying it won't get to 5k again or above it?
When it comes to store of value, or safe bet, gold is still nunber 1. But if you're talking about which one performs better then it's bItcoin.

Hitting the $40 Trillion mark was inevitable to be honest
Revenue can't even keep up with their debt not to mention the interest they have to always pay.
It would only get worse if nothing is done to control it.

If it gets worse, then I won't say we are lucky. For the context that we have a hedge against inflation in Bitcoin, then yeah, we might be lucky, but when it gets worse, inflation will get worse and we would be the ones to suffer it.

Well The US is a world power doesn't mean it is the world.
Their debt isn't the debt of the world.

Bitcoin is already flying in double digits with no sign of slowing down. It is not late to buy more because we might still just be in the dip.
Sorry this is what we normally call FOMO. To avoid situations like this it's why it's adviced not to be a nocoiner.

What I am excited about is ETH performance, if you look the chart very carefully it seems like ETH is outperforming anything else,, this will serve as a lesson to all those who believed that we haven't bottomed yet.
And it crashes harder. Lets be honest
Majority are on the rise Because Bitcoin is.

I'm afraid this is a romanticized way of looking at it.

I believe the real reason why Bitcoin's price suddenly went up isn't that ordinary people see the increase in debt as "something negative" or that ordinary people are anxious about its effects. Apparently, this isn't about the commoners making realizations.

In truth, the price shot up simply because institutions and investors took a cue from Secretary Bessent's announcement about the doubling of long-term bond buybacks from $2 billion to $4 billion per session. I'm afraid this is simply the familiar huge players doing necessary financial maneuvers ahead of the Treasury injecting liquidity.

In other words, this is still the same old game of the financial giants repositioning their money. I presume this isn't the money of the masses going into the better alternative. This is the money of global investors and traders moving in anticipation of a macroeconomic event.

It's just gonna get worse .  .  .

Its laughable really how it kind of seems and is treated by many as something that doesnt have to be addressed
or rectified, the approach seems to be lets not change anything and just print more, they are just Zeros, lets just
add a few more and on we go . . . and I dont think the majority of the average Joe and Jane realise the seriousness
of the situation which has been expediated by the foolish war on Iran besides the fact that it affects everyone.

. . . lucky for us, we have an "exit" option called Bitcoin, and it has been being sold at a discount for the past couple of months. However, over the past 3 days that discount is shrinking and it is shrinking fast...  Cool

Indeed a serious discount which I am glad to have availed of as did many who took the chance. I still think though
that we may see another "blip" down to wipe all the hopefull longs which have gone on!

Whatever about the last 3 days we are inching day by day closer to the Bear market being replaced if it hasnt already

This global situation has never been experienced by "Bitcoin" and I think we have yet to see the affects of this in the
Bitcoin market proper.

So it is not wonder after the news of US national debt smashing through the $40,000,000,000,000 ($40 trillion), we are seeing a massive rally in all hard assets and energy markets:

It's just gonna get worse and lucky for us, we have an "exit" option called Bitcoin, and it has been being sold at a discount for the past couple of months. However, over the past 3 days that discount is shrinking and it is shrinking fast...  Cool
The US dollar keeps printing and their national debt keeps soaring with time like it is shown with the US debt clock.
https://www.usdebtclock.org/

Consequently their fiat currency purchasing power lost its power with time.
The visualized purchasing power of the US dollar chart shows this fact and perhaps with this chart, people will more easily realize this fiat currency issue from inflation to national debt consequence.

That's a good point and thanks for bringing it up. We are all in the same boat and we will be affected by the economic hardship, but having bitcoin and being wiser helps us alleviate the pain.

The way I see it, USD is somewhat like shitcoins. Nobody can deny the profitability of the shitcoins when they are being pumped. Nor can anybody deny the pumps and how strong they sometimes are. But at the end of the day, they are still shitcoins because of their nature; terrible, largely useless and very risky to bag-hold.
Now in the past couple of decades, the US regime ran 2 back-to-back global scams: Bretton Woods which got replaced by a much bigger scam called Petrodollar.

In the unipolar world (that is now over) they managed to force the rest of the world to use their scam and managed to make dollar appear "stronger than anything else" but the fact was always that it is actually the worst and weakest fiat in the world both because it has a ginormous printed supply and is not backed by anything real (it was supposed to be backed by something they didn't even own: ie. petroleum).

When the world found out, they tried to dump it. They actually did it the first time and it tanked 60% IIRC, but then the US pulled Petrodollar scam out of the hat and postponed the catastrophe for some more years. Now the world is dumping it again (>90% of global trade down to less than 40% now) and it is on the verge of that catastrophe once more... unless they manage to pull another rabbit out of the hat (which is why they attacked Iran 175 days ago to revive the dying Petrodollar but failed).

Their debt isn't the debt of the world.
Well... as long as they are exporting their inflation and the world imports it, then it is kinda the "debt of the world" too. But the more the world dedollarizes, that stops being the world's debt and becomes fully US debt.

Bitcoin touched $79500 in the past couple of hours, which is roughly 26% rise now. Cool

Now that you mentioned it
I just recalled that the world could indirectly face the impact of inflation
Since they one of the biggest exporters (currently number 2) in the world.
They practically the biggest supplier of energy and the world needs energy.

No, you misunderstood my point   Cool

Of course, the US dollar is stronger and dominate the market right now. It's better than my country currency too but that's not where I'm coming from. I mean they are all currency that lose their purchasing power over time, central banks print them without limit. Basically, they are all the same but practically, the US dollar appears better because of the system they designed. US made the policy that benefit them and their currency, not because dollar as a currency is superior to other currencies. We can all agree that USD is dominant right now in the global market but I disagree it's better than other currencies.

Respectfully speaking, we are not lucky. Woe unto the world the day fiat system became the global standard, because it remains a thorn in our flesh, since its inflationary nature continues to erode our purchasing power. Even though I may want to consider us lucky, the reality is that most of our wages are paid in fiat. So even if our long term goal is to save in bitcoin, we must experience the initial inflation effect that comes with our depreciating fiat before we can convert to bitcoin.

If bitcoin value goes up today by 10%, it doesn't benefit those who will recieve their wages today, it will only benefit those who had already converted their fiat to bitcoin before hand. Although bitcoin serves as an exit gate to fiat system, but we must feel the initial effect that comes with living in a world where fiat is the standard.
