You’re very correct, new beginners don’t know all the forum rules works, the more they stay the more they can be able to understand this rules very well.
If you don’t understand forum rules yet, then it’s better you post less, and read more. If you post more, and you end up going against the rules, you are going to be punished for that, nobody cares if your account is a newbie or not. As a newbie, make sure you go through the forum rules frequently, try to familiarize yourself with the rules as soon as possible. If newbies are left unpunished after committing offense, then some of them are not going to improve. It’s better if newbies pressure themselves to understand what the forum rules is all about. I can agree with you. This forum is truly a treasure trove of important and valuable information and I believe we have a lot of people who just read it occasionally, without registering. You are correct, do you know that last week I was replying to a post in a birthday party that I went, someone saw what I was doing on my phone and asked me if it’s bitcointalk.org I said yes he said okay, I quickly asked him if he is in the forum, he said he visits the site once in a while to check for some information, and I asked his account name he said his not registered in the forum and he was not interested in having an account, that was when I actually knew people really come to the forum without registering. And the reason is best known to them, some newbies you see are not actually new to the forum they just recently registered after so many years visiting the forum.

I will encourage those that are new in this forum to always visit the meta and reputation board, some cases over there will help you know what you should do or not do in this forum This advice is not for beginners alone even some older members in this forum, because I believe some older members still don’t know all the rules. Lastly try to read the pinned posts in every board you visit
Even you Op don't know all the rules on this forum, we all grow the basics rules and grow never to break them, have been corrected so many times at this level, not because I don't know the rules, we are humans and we make mistakes at times we forgot rules. Just as you said, we shouldn't be hard on any one that broke the rules, we should give the opportunity to correct themselves. If they keep breaking same rules then action should be taken asap. No community can build well without rules and regulations, humans being can't work perfectly without law and discipline, that's why this forum has rules and regulations to guide our activities, we have to read them and try to keep them, newbie should not contribute to any thread without going through beginners and help thread, read all the rules and be use to it before making any post.

There are many people who have no interest or desire to actively participate in the work of the forum, discuss with other members, or participate in paid crypto projects. Some may have had bad experiences on other forums. For them, this forum is a perfect place to look for information, but not to interact with members. It would be interesting to know the statistics of such "guests" who browse this forum without registering. I think that even for people who decide to register on this forum, it would not be bad to first follow the forum without registering for a few days or weeks and only when they understand how this forum works and what the rules are, register. This way, common mistakes made by new members such as using AI tools, plagiarism, asking questions that have already been answered many times, poor quality posts, spam, etc. would be avoided.

Yes, that's right. There are many people who have no interest or desire to actively participate in the work of the forum, discuss with other members, or participate in paid crypto projects. Some may have had bad experiences on other forums. For them, this forum is a perfect place to look for information, but not to interact with members.
The forum is huge enough with about 300 boards and child boards, the forum community contain many different people who are members from different nations, geographical regions, have different needs and interests so they all can use the forum, even not as members but possible as guests, in different ways. They can simply read like many Bitcoin forum old era members now no longer actively posting but only reading and watching around the forum, including VIP members and donators. If they are not interested in discussions, they don't need to post. More important, if a member does not have anything interesting, informative, insightful to join discussions or start discussions, they don't have to force themselves posting and spamming. It would be interesting to know the statistics of such "guests" who browse this forum without registering
It's impossible with forum stats page https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=statshttps://bitcointalk.org/SSI.php?ssi_function=whosOnlineMaybe some stats for logged-out users are there https://bitcointalk.org/adrotate.php?adstats

That is true, humans are not machines that can remember everything at a go. It is normal that some times we make mistake. But when the mistakes becomes more obvious and more regular then adequate actions should be taken. But in most cases, given a defaulter the opportunity of learning is very important. Perhaps not every defaulting is intentional, therefore given them the benefit of doubt is also neccesary, maybe through this you can actually evaluate their performance over time.
For real. No nation function adequately without strick laws or rules. Likewise a functionable forum like this. Every newbies is mandated to go through the laws biding the system so they don't fall guilty of it. However, i do not think it's difficult, without just a quick navigation you are good.

True, some people may be visiting this forum to see other things like bitcoin update or a particular cryptocurrency, I know some people who came to this forum just to know what the Chamby token community are discussing, they didn’t create an account. I’m saying this because I invited some of them to the forum, because they are investing on Chamby token so I told them that we have a community in bitcointalk forum and that they can visit the thread in announcement altcoin board and see what we discuss over there. I believe we have huge percentage of people that visit this forum but they didn’t create account.

No, the forum rules can’t be learned all together. It’s a more difficult task for newbies, but they at least should read the rules, although they can’t memorize them all together. They might remember the rules while taking any action, like making posts and replies.
To know forum rules and culture outside of rules, you need to be active here. And they must be engaged in the discussion; then slowly newbies will learn. Usually I don’t criticize newbies since they aren’t familiar with the forum; I just try to teach them from their mistakes. But if I find scammers, then I don’t like to consider them newbies and try to punish them.
I don't even think such is practically viable. In my case and I am sure others too went through the same, it is a continuous learning process where you learn as you go with the experience you gather alongside. Forum rules can be read generally and even at board levels so it is something you always want to glance through at any time you come across any of the threads. Some solutions were able proffered in the replies sections where some members also shared their opinions at different stages, it is something you might want to also consider checking as a newbie. The most important recommendation I will give is for all newbies to just open their minds to learning and relearning relevant knowledge and information, so they do not fall into breaking rules they should have ordinarily mastered before.

You may not know every single rule in detail, but you should know most of them, and this is for your own safety. We can't tell a new driver that you can drive on the roads if you don't know all the rules, learn them gradually, because that will endanger other drivers. This example may not be entirely accurate, but the point is clear, rules are created for a reason, but for the convenience of everyone involved.

Guests have made posts on bitcointalk many times that I've seen in the past, I'm not sure, but I think the mods delete their threads because I can't find it no more. However, I think a lot of people visit this place for accurate information because of the active community and how scam is moderated here and the thirst for verified helpful information, unlike other social media pages and discussion forums. The only trace of guest account making a thread that I was able to see is this, although he has history with the forum.

Now guests can't write posts or have threads on this forum; it's a rule due to security reasons. A few years back, after having the worst hack, things have changed. Admins and the team are working hard for the security of this forum and members' forum. I check; there is nothing complicated about having an account on this forum; it's all an easy process that can be done without any hard work. I have enough knowledge and updates that are helping me for having good changes and improving my lifestyle just because of this forum, so I feel having an account and keeping reading is good without any problem; I just need some time when free. Things are never regrettable for anyone.

The only trace of guest account making a thread that I was able to see is this, although he has history with the forum. This was no Guest account but as can be seen in the following post, the user account "Immanuel Go". A poster appearing with account name "Anonymous" and user rank "Guest" is an anonymized user account by forum admins. You can request such an anonymization of your former user account, likely needs to be permanently locked, from the forum admins if you have very good reasons for it (being doxxed or otherwise severely harmed with your user account remaining intact; I don't know the specific details which theymos would accept to anonymize an user account, it's probably documented somewhere in the forum). I find it funny to discuss pages over pages with this topic. In my opinion any user should read through the forum rules to first learn which rule braking can get you likely permanently banned which is definitely something you shouldn't go for. Next are maybe things you should avoid and which can get you into temporary or even longer lasting troubles. I mean, it's not rocket science, just apply some common sense and social awareness. And, hell, you can still print out all the rules and hang it by your monitor. If you need the drill, recite them daily until you know them all.
