We have been live since april 2026, but we recently started the bitcointalk thread.

Yeah standard procedure for sharps is to restrict limits if we dont want their action, but this is not a user being a sharp this is a user doing abuse/fraud which is why the outcome was diffrent.

We respect all players in our site, and would love to resolve all disputes but our sports provider is one of the biggest on the market and we believe they have enough tools/experience to advice us in the right direction when it comes to fraud in the sportsbook.
Just curious, are you guys open to a mediator to step in to take a look at the case? I mean, rxdtrip is claiming he didn't do anything wrong, while your side is claiming he broke your ToS and is "doing abuse/fraud", the two of you are just going in circles accusing each other. If you are, maybe @holydarkness can take a look at it, he is a forum member who sometimes mediates cases like this if presented to him.

...
I’m also in favor of allowing the accused user to withdraw his initial deposit, at least as a gesture of goodwill (some may even say that since you can’t provide any evidence that the user violated your ToS, then doing so is the least you can do).
Regarding the excuse that refunding his initial deposit will encourage others to do the same thing with no risk, well, since you trust your odds provider and their abilities to identify spot cheaters that much, then this is not something you should be afraid of, I guess.

While I will not tell you how to run your business but I think some rules should be amended so that you will not scare your intending customers away. In the case of fraud/cheating, restricting the account of the player(s) found guilty is not a bad idea and the amount he won not allowed to be withdrawn is not also bad but what I do not think is right is not blocking the player from having access to the money he deposited to play not the amount he won.

Rules are rules but sometimes rules are broken and punishments are given but in this case I think the punishment given to the said user is too harsh. More users now know the punishment for violating the rules of your casino but maybe returning back the amount deposited by the user will also help to encourage more users to play because some players will be scared not to deposit some big amounts and some charges will be given to them in order to take your money.
