i'm just curious, but why have you decided to go with spinlab.studio as your provider?

from what i have found before, they are not exactly trusted or reputable, and they did shady shit like faking anjouan license for wtf.games, which got them tagged.

and right on the first line is the licensing lie that got us here in the first place. not to mention spinlab is not a whitelabel i would trust or anyone else should trust for that matter, they lie about being licensed, they fake the license validation page, they have fake reviews on their website, and who knows what else are they lying about.

you see that "Doni" guy, his real name is Trent Shelton, i'm sure he is a "verified spinlab user", he just like to use nicknames for reviews with his face.
and you see the "Preston" guy, his real name is Pace Morby, i'm sure he's also a "verified spinlab user" just like Doni.

were you aware of any of this before you decided to work with them? don't get me wrong, you can work with whoever you want, but by being associated with them, it's not a good first impression.

Quick suggestion for the Sports section, maybe add a message saying the feature is not live yet, so the page does not look empty. Let me clear this up, because there is a misunderstanding in the thread. You do not need KYC level 2 or 3 to play, to deposit, or to withdraw. Level 1 is email verification plus basic details such as birth date, and that is all we ask for. Higher levels are only requested if our platform or payment provider demands it in a specific case, which has not happened so far.

The Bonuses section asking you for Level 2 while you are on Level 1 is indeed true, we are discussing to remove this with our provider.

We were personally fed up with slow, daily, weekly, monthly bonuses that keep you hooked and in the loop, with requirements that don't make sense. We have now chosen to not offer deposit bonus and other sketchy bonuses, but instead offer the highest possible rakeback. But if players want more excitement with great bonuses, we will perhaps offer them in the future.

Well to be honest if that requirement is not being removed, I must say that it would discourage lot people to gamble as most people are that strict with their information and personal details, and of course it is deem necessary for the kyc to be passed but from my understanding people prioritized no kyc casino the more due to fact that they wouldn't be willing dish out any of their personal data.
This is the reason why it is good to stick on what your team had already written on the Ann as most people could see that as something that is not transparent enough.
