Hi Perfectbaby,

Thank you for your reply. Honestly I fully agree with you, we want to never ask for anyone's personal information. Sadly some no kyc casino's choose to operate in the grey area, choose not to pay anyone in case of big wins, and do other shady practices. We chose to work with an independent liquidity pool and make payments decentralized, to take away these concerns.

Level 1 kyc is only verifying your email address, and entering your date of birth and name. Not sure if other casinos call this 'no kyc', but thanks to the feedback here we decided to call it 'level 1 kyc'.

After completing this check, you are free to cash out any rakeback bonus, challenge win and winnings and balance, no limits (well, only that $5,000 limit per withdrawal, multiple are allowed).

Hopefully this clears any concerns you might have. And if not, please let me know.

Warm regards,
Aad

It's nice to welcome you spinna.bet in bitcointalk...I have access your platform and i notice that you have little more to work in your site, actually the deposit minimum of usdt is okay by me, because the deposit usdt, the minimum is about [$5] Why in bitcoin, minimum deposit is around 0.00005 which is approximately [$3.85]..why your live chat support, is not responding as quick as possible, secondly, your live chat closed message inbox why conversation still going on, its inappropriate...i will talk about KYC later.

Hello GeorgeJohn,

Thank you for your message and feedback! We want to offer the lowest limits possible, and I checked, this is set by our payment provider and betting platform. I think they can process lower limits on BTC, why, I do not know to be honest.
Regarding the live chat, we closed the conversation since we did not receive a reply. Perhaps our support team went on break, since we are still a small team. We aim to provide live support whenever we can, and are reachable within a short timeframe on support@spinna.bet.

If you wish to try us, send me an email with your username on support@spinna.bet and I'll be happy to credit a tryout freebie. I will credit them tonight in one batch. Smiley

Thanks again for taking the time to review our platform and if you have any recommendations, would love to take them with us.

Best regards,
Aad

Welcome to the forum. I searched for "Your Casino" and didn't find much information about it. I see that it hasn't been added to casino.guro yet, and I also haven't seen anyone posting any comments about it on the review sites I've been following. But I've seen many casinos with names similar to "Teu Casino," which is strange because these are casinos that have many scam accusations against them. For example, just one: "spinbet.com"

https://casino.guru/spinbet-casino-review-1

It looks like a casino scam. Wouldn't it have been more advantageous for you to have researched the name thoroughly before choosing one that is associated with many casino scams in the market? If I were to create a casino, I would definitely take a lot of time researching the name; I wouldn't choose a name that would scare people when they searched for it. But that's just my opinion. I saw something that caught my attention in your Terms of Service, point 8. I'm talking about this:

source: https://spinna.bet/legal/terms

But this is the same email address that is being used by this casino: " caeser.io "

source: https://caeser.io/legal/responsible-gaming

With the same email address, how will customers of both casinos receive prompt service, and how will they know if a complaint belongs to a user of casino X or Y so quickly that they can resolve the person's problem rapidly? And if both casinos have many customers, the support person responsible for answering emails will be overwhelmed. It's also strange that a professional casino would have the same email address as another casino. I searched for this other casino and found nothing about it. It also seems that it hasn't been added to review sites.

They can be two casinos from a same business but customer support lines for two casinos must be different. They must change their email addresses for customers support on two casinos to two separating emails.

It will be more helpful for their own business management, support for customers, and also avoid confusion in users and community. Also it's more professional if they do that.

Not yet talk about any accusation against one of two or both casinos, the same email address can be an easy evidence for community detectives to find any link between casinos from a same owner or same group.

Interesting find. I would have said it is a case of copying and pasting terms of service, but then something else caught my eye. Both casinos seem to use the same license?

What is much weirder is that spinna.bet claims that their terms of service are governed by the laws of Anjouan, yet they have no licensor verification link on their website, on the other hand, caeser.io does have it, and it's pointing to Anjouan Licensing Services Inc. and the company name is now different "Quantum Play Labs Ltd" instead of "Spinlab Management LLC". They also do not mention anything like Anjouan in their TOS

I wonder who is lying and who is not.

Hello Slow death, tbct_mt2 and Bitcoin_Arena,

Thank you for your messages! We indeed run under the Spinlab management license, as we are working with the Spinlab platform in collaboration with Betfin's liquidity pool integration. This means we operate under the same license as other operators who use the Spinlab platform. We chose it because they have an integration with Betfin's infrastructure.

I can assure you that we are not affiliated with the 'sister' casinos, we are an independent operator. Using a platform is more common in the industry, like casinos that use Softswiss or Slotegrator. It's like I wrote before: you can look up the license and you will probably find some more operators. Wink

Regarding the e-mail in the ToS, I will definitely get this sorted, thanks to you it came to our attention. We are using indeed a standard compliant version from the platform that fits all the regulators' requirements.

Let me know if we can clear any more concerns.

Warm regards,
Aad

But isn't Spinlab just a gambling software provider? Even Spinlab needs a license issued by a government, so they can't provide gambling licenses to other casinos. You could acquire a gambling license yourself in Curaçao or another accessible country. So I don't understand why you say Spinlab is your license provider and it doesn't make sense to have the same support email as another casino. @Bitcoin_Arena has already said a lot of things, and I agree with him completely.

Hi Slowdeath,

Thank you for your reply! You are correct, Spinlab is not a licensing provider and they don't hand out licenses to anyone or sell them seperately. Under our contract with them, they take care of the platform and hosting, game aggregation and the license. We (Spinna.bet/7Cloud) handle the rest of operations and the website itself in terms of design, marketing, customer relations and finance (which we have setup with the decentralized liquidity pool structure powered by Betfin). If you wish, I can ask the lawyers how the exact structure is setup and give you more details, as I'm not the legal expert here. We want to be as transparent as we can.  Wink Please let me know what exact questions you have, and I'll pass it on.

Also let me know if you have any other questions regarding our Betfin structure, platform, etc. Happy to answer everything I can!

And of course, I'm inviting you to try us with a (small) amount and have some fun in the games. Wishing everyone big wins!

Warm regards,
Aad

Thanks for the freebie spinna.  Cheesy

I got 7.44 USDT with 1x wager requirement (as a freebie from OP). I hit the slots like usual and managed to withdraw 22 bucks. It took only a few minutes for it to reflect in my wallet—noice. I hope it will stay the same for bigger withdrawals.

Looking forward for more promos in the future.  Cheesy

BTW, the mod was prolly talking about this rule, so redirecting folks to PMs should be fine—a lot of casinos have been doing this alrready. Alternatively, you could start a thread in the games and rounds board: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=71.0

To be specific, I'm referring to "Post in this thread for free x". That belongs in Games and Rounds. Though it isn't limited to that, in general you shouldn't be giving people incentives to post in your thread, it's disruptive to actual discussion.

Great ANN and site design op though the license situation does not look good at all as some posters above pointed out already. As it stands, this is a unlicensed casino since your site name does not show up in the ALSI records regardless of what you say op.

Your domain needs to show up there like wtf.games etc and rbet.com. This is a major red flag. Several scam sites opted for similar tactics in the past promising great bonuses while being unlicensed officially. Careful people!

Dear Haunebu,

Thank you so much for pointing this out. We can reassure you that we have a valid license. As we just launched a few days ago, I think the register has not been updated yet. I pointed this out to our platform supplier Spinlab, which we have a contract with.
We hope too it will be visible and updated soon in the register. I will keep you posted and let you know if we have the confirmation!

We are not here to scam anyone, quite the opposite. We aim to be as fair as possible by paying out everybody any winnings (though the decentralized liquidity pool by Betfin) and we offer the highest possible rakeback (before we start losing money, read a few posts earlier where I laid out the math behind it).
Please feel free to share any more concerns or (hopefully positive) feedback and we will address it as best as we can!

Warm regards,
Aad

Hi Dawinna,

Thanks for the message! We are pretty sure we didn't receive an email from 'dawinna' but we'll credit you as well.  Wink Just send us your username in an email again and include your bitcointalk username.
Yesterday was the last day of tryout freebies, but we have more promos coming soon!

Best regards,
