Selling at $100k when BTC reaches that again is a good action. Don't let others make you feel bad about doing it and you have decided that and it's part of your plan which you have to make it into reality once BTC is back at that price. The prices that we've been for several months now are under $100k so if you're happy taking profit at that rate, it's a simple logic that you're doing it basically because you have to take the profit you've been waiting for. You can also apply DCA in selling like first point at $100k, then second could be $110k, $120k, and so.
Of course, everyone has different investment strategies. Some prefer to lock in profits in the short and medium term, while others, on the contrary, prefer the long term. But as far as I’m concerned, after such a prolonged bear market, it would be premature to start selling BTC once it reaches $100k.
Yes, it won't be bad to sell some once it's back there and people shouldn't make others feel they're guilty because we have different entry prices.
You can't be sure whether the price of Bitcoin will reach $100k or $110k or $120k. It would be better to buy Bitcoin regularly until this uncertain price level comes. Accumulating Bitcoin regularly for a fixed period of time would be more profitable than withdrawing at a low price. If you have to sell some amount to make a profit, don't stop after that. Continue buying Bitcoin regularly and be on the target of another take profit strategy.
We are sure that it's going to be back there. It might not be as soon as possible but it will be. And I agree to you that while waiting for that price, you do yourself a favor by continuing to DCA. Take advantage of the moment when the price is still below $100k.
It is ultimately a choice of the trader when to buy and when to sell. If the person sees profit and wants to book it, go forward with it.
If a person does not like the price to sell and wants to wait, nothing wrong in that.
But the more one cycles the money, the more it will multiply over time.
That's right, there will be more increases over the period of time but if someone wants to take profit, they're free to do it if they don't like to wait again for years to come back to the bull cycle.
