My initial deposit was $250 back in July. Then, over the course of a month, I placed about 30-40 sports bets and withdrew a total of about $1,000. The casino never had any problems or questions. A few days ago, I tried to withdraw $700 again, and the casino asked me to verify my account. The next morning, I passed the liveness check and attached a photo of my passport. A few hours later, the passport photo was rejected, and I submitted a new one. A day later, it was also rejected, and the re-verification button disappeared. I contacted support, where the operator told me the problem was that the payment method and my passport details belonged to different people. I replied that I had deposited cryptocurrency into my account, and that couldn't happen. The operator immediately agreed, saying, "Yes, you're right, I see you deposited cryptocurrency." Then he says I just need to attach the document again and gives me the option. I immediately take a new photo, and this is the email I receive the next day (screenshot attached). So, first the casino simply didn't accept my passport, then the payment method details didn't match my passport details, and finally they looked at my bets and decided I was violating the rules! It looks like they're obviously looking for reasons not to pay. As a result, my account is completely blocked; I can't log in. Consequently, I don't have any screenshots, because I never expected this to be possible. I demand that the casino representative publicly explain the problem to me, and I also want my $700 back.

Out of curiosity, what exactly did they mean when they said this?

Sorry this is what you would always face from casinos that is why it is good to look out for the best casino that is trusted and reliable to use than jumping across new gambling site without you knowing how trusted this people could be. What I do not find funny at all is you saying you don't have any evidence regarding this issues and how do you want people to follow up the case to know that whatever thing you did explain is true or false. Of course the casino wouldn't allow you to access your funds if there is no clear evidence that state everything including their discussion with you subsequently. But if the gambling site had already allowed you to withdraw around $1k initially so why then are they restricting you not to have access to the gambling site just because you requested a withdrawal of 700$ which is even less than the previous amount that you made mentioned.

I can see that you have posted a link to this topic in their ANN thread, though i do not know if they have an active rep, the user who started the ANN thread had not been active for a while. I'll quote holydarkness here, maybe he has a contact in Lucky.fun that he could ping, so they could take a closer look into your case.

That said, if what you've posted is true, we can't verify yet as you don't have screenshots, then it looks like a case of looking for a means not to pay. I can't see the email you received, as the link you shared wouldn't open, what rules did they claim you violated?

Thanks, uploaded.

The thing is, support simply told me that my name in my passport doesn't match the name on the payment method. I pointed out that this was impossible, since I topped up my account with cryptocurrency, and the point of cryptocurrency is anonymity. The support representative then agreed with me and said, "Yes, you did top up your account with cryptocurrency," and then asked me to re-upload my passport. It's the most absurd situation.

I re-uploaded it and also posted yesterday's email correspondence with them. Their final accusation concerns my bets. No further explanation.

It doesn’t make sense to match the name with the passport and withdrawal account name since you're dealing with crypto, not fiat. It won’t be an excuse to not pay your winnings. There might be some other issue. Have you received any mail today? It seems their decision is final, and I'm pretty sure they will not get back to you.

You may raise concerns with mediators, but the problem is a few mediators don’t deal with sports bet issues; I'm not sure exactly why. But give it a try; nowadays gambling platforms don’t want to rely on the forum allegations. Also, don’t give up; keep writing them through all the social media and make noise.

You expect them to handle this in a anonymous way too isn't it? I have not used this online casino before but I do wish that they have a way of passing KYC verification right from the beginning before you start gambling, in this case I will never fight against KYC complied casinos, in fact I will prefer them more, because it's a big problem where you will be scared after winning money if the casino will reject or accept your identity card, I don't always like being in such position.

If it's true that the payment method details didn't match your passport details then it's possible that someone somewhere have used your same ID or whatever it is that you dropped, I am not saying this is what happened exactly, I am saying that if this is the case then the casino should just prove it to us or just one reliable and trust member/moderator on the forum. I have always say it I don't like casinos hiding habit when it comes to showing proof but hopefully they will come out because of this one.

I remember this casino. They look the same as another casino named moneytree.games, which was closed a few months ago. I have a question for you, OP: did they accept your password on your last try? I see you said they rejected it twice, but you did not mention what happened on the last try. I am curious what kind of abuse there was that the casino had to ban the account. If they ban the account, they should tell you what rules you have violated. Unfortunately, many casinos/sportsbook never tell the customer what the problem was, and I feel like this is a scam.

I am quoting the images for visibility.

I can't answer this question because after I uploaded my passport for the third time, my account was closed shortly afterward, and I received an email with this message. I warned support that I would be uploading a new photo of the same document and asked them to allow me to do so, as it was technically impossible. They updated the system, and this option is now available again.
