I would suggest to review the bonus system at all.

I also ran into a similar problem while playing with the reward from the review campaign. As everyone knows, that money was supposed to be playable or withdrawable right away. But after playing a bit and trying to withdraw, the withdrawal got cancelled, with the reason given as using bonus funds to buy feature rounds in a slot game, and also stashing bonus funds inside those bonus rounds.

Honestly had no idea about any of that and there was no plan to misuse the bonus. At that time also cancelled the bonus, but not sure if that happened before or after it got flagged as a violation.

What made things harder, while trying to explain the situation, part of the live support chat history suddenly got cut off, including the part where the bonus code was claimed. That history was still visible before, even during the complaint about the cancelled withdrawal.

Right now the reward from the review campaign is stuck and can't be withdrawn at all. Hoping a Frogbet rep here, or @Little Mouse could assist with this issue.

Is this some sort of joke? If it is, it's a bad one. I wagered over 260 bucks on originals(Primarily Dice) alone and I never even checked out slots which I am never really interested in btw. You really need to rectify this issue asap @Little Mouse.

There is a clear evidence of funds missing from days!!!

I have make a standard deposit in usdt, made many bets, and now it appears has been converted in a bonus that limit also the amount I can gamble ...
why there is only...a bonus ? I have just used 1 free spin (daily reward)...
I have no idea why my funds have been converted, anyone has experienced before ?! This has not been choosen by me at all in any way...

At this point I am forced to turn a review... in a scam accusations/relative flag since also campaign manager has no say a single word (here in public or in private).
