Horrible Experience Sportsbet.io Account with 1,692 USDT Restricted

I came to Sportsbet.io after seeing a promotion shared by the official Sportsbet.io account on X. I had previously been betting on Rainbet, but decided to give Sportsbet.io a try after seeing that they had partnered with Premier League club Aston Villa.

Honestly, I really liked the site at first. The betting experience was fast, and there were plenty of options to choose from.

When I made my first deposit, I accidentally selected the wrong network. I contacted customer support, and they were able to credit the funds to my account anyway. Later, I also had trouble receiving the email verification message, and customer support was very patient and sent it again for me.

So far, everything was great.

But everything changed when I tried to withdraw my funds.

My first withdrawal request was rejected almost immediately. When I tried to submit another withdrawal request, I found that I could no longer withdraw at all. I was told that I needed to contact them by email.

What made the situation even more confusing was that the live chat function had been disabled. The customer support agents who had previously helped me were no longer reachable through live chat, and attempting to contact support simply resulted in a message telling me to use email instead.

So I emailed them and received the following response:

I'm honestly very confused by this.

What information did I supposedly provide? What exactly are they investigating? I simply asked why my account had been restricted, yet the response I received raised even more questions without actually explaining what had happened.

I really hope this isn't a scam. Sportsbet.io has a partnership with a major Premier League club, Aston Villa, which is one of the reasons I felt comfortable trying the platform in the first place.

At the same time, this situation feels extremely suspicious and confusing.

If there is a legitimate reason why my account has been restricted or why my withdrawal has been blocked, I would simply like them to explain what is happening.

A clear explanation would go a long way. I don't think it's unreasonable for a customer to know why they suddenly can't withdraw their own funds.

I also did some searching online after this happened and came across this community. It seems that quite a few other people have experienced similar issues with Sportsbet.io. However, most of the posts I found seem to be from quite some time ago, and unfortunately, many of them don't appear to have any follow-up or resolution.

Sportsbet.io used to be legitimate until they fired majority of their staff and closed operations

They did not pay out my winnings as well from that time,
But now suddenly they are back and we do not know who runs them, as previously they were supposedly on sale

Not a good or trustworthy site anymore and they dont have a forum presence anymore

Let me say that the partnership that motivated you to decided and using them may not be enough reason to conclude confidence in them, you still need to check some online reviews and verify some other information about users recent experience on a particular form before we use them.
