Depression is like a normal thing in our current society and the worst part of all is that, it's now like a common thing to our youths of these days to an extent you'll hear or feel that one TEEN in your area is being depressed. And you'll come to the conclusion that the depression issue is more general and the worst part of it all is that the young even get more depressed than the old and you'll get to wonder what's actually going on.

But another thing I feel is that one major source of this depression of a thing is actually Trauma. And to the young ones would definitely childhood trauma. You'll see a young youth being scared of socializing just because he's been betrayed by his childhood friends or probably a girl must have been abused by a friends dad or her own uncle. So many thing to talk about, tho my own wish is that anyone going through that phase would definitely come out of it in PEACE.

Depression can occur in anyone’s life it is simply a part of human emotion but one should never allow it to take hold or weigh oneself down. While external circumstances are not always within our control, we largely retain the power to decide those circumstances are permitted to consume our inner selves. The ability to convince one’s own mind that these difficult times cannot break you is the greatest form of mental strength.
